I鈥檝e tried to ring them & it鈥檚 an incorrect number. This company is totally rubbish at customer service. Don鈥檛 really know what to do next to get my refund & send the items back.

Thrilled 馃榾
Received my first order today and I'm thrilled, the care in packaging was really good. I ordered a cabin sized backpack, excellent quality and finish. I also ordered a tote bag and again the quality was amazing, finally I ordered a pair of trainers which were a great fit and looked really expensive on. I'll definitely be ordering again! Taking forever to deliver
Taking forever to deliver. I mean 15 days for a shipping country based in Europe it鈥檚 a bit much. Expected a pair of earrings for 2 weeks !!!!

I bought a few items that I had to carry in my hand :(
If I wanted a paper bag, I had to pay 10 cents.
The most interesting thing about this is that jewelry arrives at the store in transparent bags, which employees take off and throw away.
I asked saleswoman for one such bag to protect my purchases, she served me very well and said that they were forbidden to give plastic bags...
Apparently, I conclude that discarding plastic bags directly, rather than reusing them, polutes environment less... Ok
Or it may be more profitable for the company to throw away unused bags and pay 10 cents for their paper bag.
As for the positive experience, I like the design of perfumes! I usually only buy stainless steel products, and I've had a very good experience with them, I've never had any quality issues.
Orders in the online store are usually delvered very quickly, and often delivery is also free.
However, I find this very frustrating: orders are usually sent only in paper envelopes, and especially in the case of jewelry. It may be damaged because of this!!!
Last time I ordered a ring, and it was curved, and it can't be bent back.

UPDATE: I got the refund which is great. I still think this company needs a lot of improvements with their customer service to make it more convenient for their clients. There鈥檚 so many other online shops with good examples. With this kind of experiece would not order from online again.
I鈥檝e been to their shops before in other countries and always loved it. Last year they opened an option to order to my country. (I believe from Lithuanian warehouse). ordered a couple of clothing items at the end of nov 2024.
I got the package on 14th dec, everything was nicely packed and nothing was wrong with the items, they just didn鈥檛 fit and I sent them back the same day to get a refund. Over a month has passed, no refund money and, update e-mails at all from the company. I went to my courier site to check if they have got the order. It arrived in the warehouse on 18th december. So I鈥檝e sent a couple of questioning e-mails to only got the automatic answer back. Right now I feel a bit disappointed with their offered options to reach them. I鈥檓 still hopeful to get an answer and a refund back but reading the reviews here now seems like a lot have had a similar experience.

Thank you Parfois for my bags! I love them!!! I ordered on Black Friday and they have arrived, all intact and nicely packed. The tracking was quite reasonable. I could see where the parcel had got to. I was informed of Royal Mail receipt and the delivery by them was within the business days they allow for their delivery.

I emailed Parfois 9 days ago & 2 days ago they responded that the carrier considers the item lost.
Maybe in response to 1 star Trustpilot review 4 days ago.

First time using this company, customer service is awfull, my order has not arrived absolutely no contact with me. No email replies. I now have a fake tracking number sent to me. Luckily i paid with klarna and will use them to get this resolved, never using them again

Unhygienic
Very disappointed to see a lady try on pierced earrings, when I mentioned to the sales assistant how unhygienic this is, she agreed but said it was allowed by the company. This should be disallowed immediately.

No delivery
I ordered a couple of bags online which my sister had and I loved. I had never heard of this company and now I wish it had stayed that way. I have still not received my order and after a couple of emails sent they have finally replied to say they will talk to the courier but no acknowledgement that I have paid for products I haven't received. On top of this they keep spamming me with offers of free overnight delivery. My order number is 01128511 if anyone from Parfois is bothering to read reviews

Great experience!
I saw all the negative reviews here after ordering for the first time and honestly I was terrified that my package would be super delayed or will not arrive at all- but my order was shipped after 2 days and was sent to my place super quickly!
I dont know if location plays a role (I live in Germany and ordered from German website) but the shipping was quick and all the items look great, so please dont let these negative reviews influence you if you really want to buy something :)

Not once but twice turned away from store near to but not passed closing time. Staff seem to have very little customer service training. Young & inexperienced left in charge. Can be abrupt and bolshy. Products lovely but It grates on me to support a company that staff have so little regard for their customers. Do they not realise that if we don't shop there....the company will collapse & their jobs will go? You get paid the same if you're nice as you do if you are uninterested but you'd enjoy your shift more if you were pleasant. Sure give it a try and see why don't you?

Personally had a fab experience with PARFOIS! Their website is super easy to use and got a 10% discount for joining their mailing list. Delivery was free as I bought 2 backpacks and they were shipped within 3 days. Tracking was updated for each leg of my order鈥檚 journey from Portugal to the UK. Arrived well within their estimated delivery time and packaged nicely. Both backpacks are of fab quality, I love them 馃槏鉂わ笍 would definitely use again!
