1; it was easy to find the part i needed on their website
2; by giving PartsCentre the make and model of my cooker they verified that the part i was ordering was the correct one.
3; good illustration of the part so i could compare with the original.
4; points two and three gave me the confidence to order the part knowing i would not be wasting money or my time.
5; ordering and payment was simple and easy, with a choice of delivery options. i opted for the standard delivery, the part arrived well before the latest time it could have done (within two days)
6; the part was well packed and included relevant information and delivery note.
7; The part was well made and a perfect replica of the original making fitting very straight forward.

Our family Bosch washing machine door hinge snapped, leaving us without a working machine. After a quick Google search I came across PartsCentre who seemingly stock a large variety of OEM parts for a range of appliances. I put in our model number and immediately was able to find the required part at a fraction of the cost of purchasing from Bosch direct. I used the next day delivery and by the next afternoon we were back up and running, with less than 24hrs downtime. Really pleased with the great service from PartsCentre!

���������� Excellent Replacement Part!
I recently purchased the DC41 Change Over Valve Hose Assembly for my Dyson vacuum, and I couldn’t be happier! The part was a perfect fit and felt just as sturdy as the original. Installation was straightforward, and my vacuum is now working flawlessly again. The suction power is back to full strength, and I appreciate the fast delivery and secure packaging from PartsCentre. Great value for money—highly recommend if you need a reliable replacement!

Absolutely dreadful company

Absolutely dreadful company. I ordered two replacement items for my fridge over a week ago and despite my EVRI app saying they were on their way, they weren't. Customer Services at PartsCentre eventually responded to my emails as they were impossible to get hold of, and when I did get hold of them, I got a rather abrupt response back. I will not be using them in the future. Avoid if I were you.

Not value for money.

At £16, this item was not value for money because it is so flimsy. It is marketed as "universal " but it does not fit anywhere obvious in my Beko dishwasher. It has a tendency to roll over when the draw is opened and closed.
