Hugely dispointed as feel Ive been…

Hugely dispointed as feel Ive been scammed! ordered begiing December for Xmas came mid January. Sent picture of Albert our bullie with his mouth open and just got a generic bulllie head that other than colour does not look like him. How can they profess for them to bespoke if they dont even follow the photo you sent

Do not use this company

Would not recommend, I ordered two magnets and neither looked anything like the pictures provided, the Lab looked like a beagle and the spaniel looked awful. I could have ordered generic magnets of any dog and it would have been better, instead I’ve paid £60 for rubbish. There were also meant to be Christmas gifts ordered on the 6th December and I’ve recieved them today.
Terrible do not waste your money.

Slow delivery time

The item took approximately two and a half months to arrive. Communication via email slow response, and no refund was offered when requested. They only responded to my inquiries once the item was scheduled for delivery. This is disappointing, as I order the item a month and half in advance before Christmas.

For anyone with concerns…

There are a lot of negative reviews here, and frankly, I don’t really understand why. I received two replicas of my cat’s faces in the mail yesterday exactly as advertised and was absolutely floored at how detailed and accurate they turned out. They hand painted every flaw and detail on their faces down to single strands of grey hair. Is it 100% accurate? No of course not, that would be practically impossible. But it’s extremely close and enough so that I recognize the unique features and iconic faces of my beloved boys. The finished product walks the line perfectly between professional artistry and homemade project produced with careful consideration and attention to detail. Ignore the negative reviews and take a chance on this company, they are super kind if you have concerns and want to reach out to them with questions. Extremely happy with my purchase and I now proudly display them on my fridge.

Utter rubbish

If I could give no stars I would. Total rip off. Received damaged to add insult to injury. Looks nothing like the picture I sent of my dog. I have now been blocked by the seller - that tells its own story. Trying to get money back via my bank.

SCAM

If I could give 0 stars, I would!
Total garbage and waste of time and money, unless of course you are okay with a generic looking figurine because there is absolutely nothing customized about these things. None of the dog figurines (I ordered 3) looked like their photos, not even close! 100% dissatisfaction guarantee!
When I reached out to the company expressing my dissatisfaction, they told me create a new order and email them (no discounts, no refunds for products that were completely unsatisfactory).
I wish I read the reviews before ordering, but here we are, lesson learned :( Stay away from the company.

Honestly

Honestly, I’m a bit surprised with the bad reviews. I got two magnets - two border collies - for each of my dogs. They have distinctive patterns on the snout. They nailed both. It’s as close as I could have hoped for. Service was relatively quick considering how detailed the snouts were. My wife and I love the magnets. I’d say maybe we got lucky, but BOTH came beautifully done. It wasn’t a one off. We’re going to order one shortly for a friend of ours.

Nothing like ,my dog

Absolute Joke. Finally got my model back after several weeks and it’s laughable. The photo of my dog had its mouth shut but the model shows it with its tongue out.
It also looks nothing like him.

Really wish i could share the photo’s as i near pissed myself laughing at how bad it was.

AVOID…AVOID….AVOID

AVOID - Absolute scam

An absolute scam. All they do is send through one of the generic heads that they show on their site, not modelled on your pet like they claim and not even painted to look like it. Looks like a £1 fridge magnet.

Delivery timescales

I ordered on the 25th of November as the company 'guaranteed delivery before Christmas' although I have just been informed my order will not arrive by Christmas.

These products are very expensive for what they are, I can't comment yet on the quality of the product although I'm not holding much hope from the genuine reviews I've seen. But not having the ability to stick to the timescales you 'guarantee' is extremely poor customer service.

Scam that preys on people’s feelings

Unfortunately, this is a scam! It preys on people's feelings. The resemblance of what you actually receive is less than 10%, even if you upload five pictures like I did. I was very disappointed!

Scam alert

They sent a plastic piece of junk that looks nothing like my dogs. They offered an insulting 15% refund. I posted my honest review with photos and they BLOCKED me from their social media and refused to return emails. All facebook reviews are phony. I’m incensed they’re allowed to get away with this. Fake advertising

Be aware of this company. There’s plenty of posts on Reddit about the scam they’re running, which I fell victim of.

After seeing their advertisements and reviews (which I didn’t notice they were all 5 stars surprisingly )was convinced to place an order and pay the hefty price of $50 for a “hand-made” pet magnet. Upon receiving the magnet it looked nothing like my pet. They did paint it similar, but it was obviously not the type of dog. They seem to use pre made molds of common breeds and go from there. When contacted to hopefully return and replace they asked for photos of my pet and what I received. Their response back after that was that the best they could do is give me 15% back. They advertise easy returns and 100% customer satisfaction but they don’t stand by it.

Their social media posts are all their own doing, no real customer experience, not a single bad review on social media or their website. I left one and never made it to the page. A quick search shows there’s plenty of Reddit posts describing the same issue I’m going through and how people lost money.

Items are made and shipped from china. Definitely not handcrafted. Beware of the scam.
