Pixel True have been a great company to deal with. They have great communication and are very helpful with payment terms when needed. Work quality is high, can be improved sometimes but that's the nature of having so many designers. Their account manager Paul assigned to us is fantastic.

We've been working with Pixel True for one month now and I'm really happy with the process.

They are very friendly, and always available to talk and do urgent work if we need to. What other agency does that really?

We are creating animated illustrations with Gilang and Dione, and have a in-house art director which makes sure everything matches our target strategy and standards.

So I can say that right from the first month working together we were able to create top quality designs with only 2 hours of work per day!

Definitely provide value that is worth the price, which is very good if you need 40 hours of design work per month.

We are beyond impressed with the results from the Pixel True team. I felt I got my money's worth in the first week and still had the rest of my month to go. I really love that they pick the perfect designer for your design request and all of their designers are extremely talented.

If you want to understand the value of Pixel True consider this: We came to Pixel True after being unimpressed with the results of our $5,000CAD homepage design done by a different marketing/design firm. We had Pixel True redesign the homepage in just a couple weeks of an ultimate plan. This included multiple full scene illustrations and ui design. They blew us away with their results. Top level results for a fraction of the price of other design agencies. They really should be charging more!

Andy, Liz (our Project Manager), and Mariness (our designer) were all incredibly professional, responsive, and always ready to jump into new tasks. PROS
- The staff is friendly and professional
- The quality of work is excellent, especially for price point
- While the business model used by the owner is less effective for me and my projects, he and his staff have been accommodating of my needs.
