Love the discount on the holiday gift pack. I would like to be able to buy the 32 oz shampoo separate from the conditioner because as you probably know the conditioner lasts so much longer than the shampoo.
Still looking forward to the leave-in conditioning treatment. Hope it’s like the past “Shine” emulsion product.

When Planet Beauty opened in sunny Newport Beach, California in 1992, we didn’t agree with the definition of a beauty retailer. Rows of little beauty counters crowded inside busy department stores surrounded by mazes of packed parking lots…mega-mall monotony. This was not our definition of beauty. So, we decided to create a curated beauty haven in convenient neighborhood locations. We provided professional beauty brands as well as trending products and innovative newcomers. We developed a structured educational program to ensure the best and the brightest beauty advisors in our stores. And we decided we were going to have our own definition of beauty. And for over 25 years, we’ve done just that. 37 locations and a successful website later, we deliver more than just the best in makeup, skincare, haircare, styling tools, bath and fragrance. We redefined what beauty means to us, and most importantly, to you.

Updated: Resolved Entire month and still no product received.

Ordered an item at the beginning of December for my wife’s Christmas Present. Got an email saying your item has been shipped with tracking number. To this day January 6th the tracking number says label created awaiting item at USPS. When I emailed planet beauty about this weeks ago I’ve gotten no replies. Product still has not even started its journey to my doorstep.

Update: Customer Service Representative reached out and explained the cause for the delay and promptly corrected the issue and shipped immediately. My wife now has her present and loves it. Yes there was an issue but the company took all necessary steps to ensure I was satisfied.

I still haven't received my package…

I still haven't received my package shipped on 12/18, nor have I received a replacement. The customer service department hasn't been helpful. It seems it's not a priority for them to address and rectify the situation.

I received the wrong product

I received the wrong product. I message the team and they requested I send in a picture of the items I received and I have not heard back. This has been ongoing for over 2 weeks. I am totally dissatisfied with the customer service.
