Update: The day after I wrote this review, I received an email from the poster store stating they received my email and they are mailing me new posters at no cost. Updated my rating.

Love their po
sters. However their customer service is non existent. I received damaged posters and have contacted them 4 times in the past 2 weeks and have had no response. I've emailed directly and filled out their online contact form. Very disappointing considering I wanted to order even more posters.

Overall very good experience from selection of the posters and delivery. Indeed the best prices offered. However, I felt the paper quality could have been better to make the pictures look brighter.
All in all, good value for money and I am likely to shop again.

Updating my review because they fixed the issue. I love these! They make a room look so upscale. I have been telling everyone about them. I love how on the website you can see different configurations and then use that to switch out pics you want instead. We have it in 2 rooms so far and it looks great! Definitely recommend

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They promised fast delivery and I still have not received my order for my granddaughter for Christmas. I ordered after Black Friday, now on their website they are promising people if they order by the 18th they will have their order for Christmas.

It takes 48 hours to get a response from them and every time I send them an email I get the same response. Do to high demand delivery service is running longer then expected. No other update except to rate them.

If I could give them a negative rating I would!!!!

I ordered two posters a week ago and…

I ordered two posters a week ago and have received no notifications or shipment information. I have tried to contact them and I have received no response.

I ordered 4 big posters and 1 only was somehow okay quality but the rest were awful. I mean I could go to dollar store and get better quality.

Bad frame quality and no responsive customer service

I ordered 2 large frames with posers and framing service.Posters are really nice but plastic On those frames is very bad quality and if you look at them from an angle reflection is so bad that you cant even see whats on the picture.I was very disappointed with frames quality but i wanted to keep posters.I e mailed multiple times to customer service and provided phots of frames reflection.Once they got back to me and when I responded that i want refund for frames and i want to send them back i stopped getting responses even i emailed them 3 times after that in a week and didn’t hear once from them.Very disappointing .Order number PS3697202

Buyer Beware

I placed an order believing the delivery within 2-4 business days. My order (3708355) was placed on the 14th, and their automated assistant shows me that the order has still not even been processed. So I requested a cancellation as it won’t arrive in time, and the website states if you wish to cancel before shipping to contact customer service. Which I have done. They are telling me and order cannot be cancelled once it is in transit. However it is not in transit and has not been processed based on the information they are providing me via their automated assistant online. Emails have been replied to, which I appreciate, but they avoid providing me tracking, despite claiming it is in transit, and that is not the same information given by their automated assistant when I request order update.

Be watchful of their online claims for shipping times, and be prepared for difficulty getting consistent/factual information from customer service. If the order was in transit, I would have a tracking number.

Unable to contact customer service.

The poster arrived quickly and I am happy with the quality of the paper. However, the colors of my poster are not the same as online. The live chat kept coming up as an error, the email bounced back, and the online form will not submit.. I will keep trying to get ahold of customer service.

Mean customer service/ripped off

A poster defaulted to 2 and another poster I did order was missing from the order. I was asked for a photo? I wasted time for an entire week emailing back and forth to 3 different people, the first two were terribly short and rude. I was charged for everything when I asked not to send the missing poster and charged for the 2nd of the same print. Never have I had an experience this terrible. I wanted to cancel the missing poster and send back the double. The link would not let me return anything. Shame on you. People can not afford to pay for your greed anymore. I have no problem paying for a product I order.

A big waste of time

I tried for several hours on your site and when I had finally decided to purchase I was unable to get the transaction through. No where does it say submit your order. A big waste of my time

Be responsive to your customers before scaling promotions

The Poster Store has horrible customer service. Their site is super faulty. I tried weeks ago to escalate a customer service ticket and it did not submit.

I went and wrote in via Instagram with my concerns via a direct DM and never received a reply.

I followed up via an IG post and nothing. I will never place an order again. Highly dissatisfied. Don’t blame your marketing team if they can’t reach goals because you will have to rectify your reputation management first.

I was not expecting to see 40x30 picture with a white frame included. This means that the picture is in fact 35x25 and now I have double white frame.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. It’s a shame because the posters are very nice, but the customer service is not working.
I ordered four times with posterstore, and I had a problem with three of my orders. The first time, there were two posters (out of 9) missing. The second time, my order was doubled !! With 2 payments of course. They said I would get a refund within 10 days so we will see but i am not optimistes! The third time, out of 4 posters, they forgot one, and put a different poster than one I initially ordered. When I complained, they sent the missing item, but not the other one (so I Guess it means I will keep the one I never ordered instead ?!).
When you write to customer service, they do not answer so you dont know Whats going on. And there is no number to call.
I paid over 400$ in total to this company and I got stress and disappointment, so i wont order again.

How can I give you my contact privately ?
