So far the quality of everything I have ordered, and received, have been exactly as shown and described. No issues with packaging or timing of deliveries whatsoever - this is a company I found advertised on Facebook: due to past issues with going directly from FB adverts, I searched the site online directly. The range of products is amazing - from a 12" "vinyl" (wood, actually) chopping board, to etched drinking glasses...perfect for those gifts a little bit left of the field!

Unfortunately, most of what they sell seems to be overpriced tat. I bought a drinking glass showing the radio frequency spectrum which isn't cheap at £20; the glass is so thin as to cause concern simply handling it; it certainly doesn't feel like quality. Also bought two of the "Shipping Forecast" t-shirts - £38. The cloth is very thin though commendably soft; the fit is good, but after two washes the inadequately constructed neck has stretched to the point where I consider the shirts unwearable, except maybe to go to bed wearing in the winter.

I bought two of their drinking glasses for Christmas presents. £20 each so not cheap at all, but my family loved the designs on them. Then after four months, one glass broke - not because it was mishandled, but it just shattered when we took it out of the dishwasher. I assumed after such a short lifespan I would get a refund or replacement but Present Indicative were adamant that this wasn't their problem.

'Unfortunately glass can break spontaneously for a number of reasons...' Well none of the many other glasses I own has ever done that. And 'I am very sorry therefore that we would not normally be able to offer a refund or replacement as it isn't likely that the glass was faulty when it was sold to you.'

So buyer beware: if the item breaks after a short time, this company, who I will not be buying from again, will wash their hands of it.

Order placed 2 weeks ago, money taken, order confirmed and radio silence since then. Received note that Evri will be delivering it, reference number doesn't work.... shambles.

Having sent several emails regarding a package that was wrongly delivered by evri I have attempted to contact both companies to no avail, this should have been a stocking filler but now I'm just another customer let down by what I assumed was a reputable company. Lesson learned.

Ordered about £175 worth of gifts from here as the website stated 48hr tracked delivery, no sign of dispatch delays and no personalised items on ordering.
9 days and 2 chasing emails later (only one of which got a reply which was short and absolute rubbish) and they have only just dispatched the order, via Evri who mess up delivery EVERY SINGLE TIME, not Royal Mail as stated. Do not rely on them for birthdays as I did or Xmas as you probably won’t get your stuff on time and will have to waste money buying elsewhere. No idea on quality as still not received.
Oh and the tracking number apparently isn’t registered so I have no idea when it will actually turn up.

This is a great company, so impressed with their customer service. I ordered two T shirts for a birthday gift and they arrived promptly but were too tight. Great, friendly email communication about the returns and replacements which I received within three days. They kept me updated and I felt like they really cared about my experience. A real treat to get such personalised service and reassurance from this lovely company and the T shirts are excellent quality too, great company, highly recommended:)

I bought a t shirt for my wife. It turned out to be a poor fit, so I returned it for another, which also turned out to be a poor fit. Back went that one too, and a third was despatched, which fitted beautifully. Excellent customer service throughout the whole process.
