To everyone not understanding why they won't let you make multiple withdrawals is because they want you to wait for the withdrawl so you gamble the money in your pub account. Just another dirty tactic. Making you wait so you lose what ever you won after the firdt withdraw.

Just to add tried to cash out and lost my entire pot. It says do you wish to proceed had to try to cash out was making me spin out thinking about it.

Firstly came here and the person answering these reviews shouldn't be doing it. I've never read anything as rude in my life lol
So joined them. Posted £100 then withdrew £10 to test withdrawal time. Came within 5 hours, then won and drew another £10, now into 15 hours
But he aware if you have a pending withdrawal , you cannot withdraw anything else. This is not really workable for a betting site
Lastly, bonus was taken away for signing up. I did as the responder said on here and contacted live chat and they just said I'll have to get a supervisor and they will answer once they read my email
I'll see what happens with that
EDIT: Team leader came back, no bonus for signing up even though spent £100. So closing account.

If you withdrawal back to that card the withdrawal is fully processed in a matter of minutes. You could have benefit from this since you used the card early November. Hi Mark, Thanks for the review. You are playing mainly Blueprint games, so would make more sense to leave a review on their Trustpilot. Also these games are volatile. On a £1 or £2 you could technically loose £500 to £1000 before something happens. That's gambling. It's a risk and winning is not guaranteed. The only thing that is guaranteed is that you will loose. Deleted my account after I was winning and the game crashed, only to not return to the win. What a scam.
And the response to Stuart Collings below is disgusting. It shows how little the staff think of the users.
Edit: I forgot to mention that someone from their customer service chat actually helped me to undo a time out I set on my account. Personally, I find enabling a gambling addiction to be vile, but after reading the previous responses on here, that seems to be typical.
