I was really disappointed by Rattan Warehouse.
I bought a corner sofa/dining set, storage box and a firepit coffee table (Feburary 2024).
A positive : Fast to take orders, delivery was quicker than expected.
Negatives: Delivery company dumped the pallets on the driveway on a rainy day. We had to rush stuff into storage, as it wasnt really protected from the elements.
We took the delivery as the Carboard boxes looked undamaged/sealed.
It wasnt until July when we opened the firepit box only to find NO firepit - just a coffee table with square hole.
£599 wasted.
I contacted them to let them know - and whilst I appreciate that I should have opened all the boxes in the rain/within two weeks of delivery it was a sealed box (saying 1of1).
At this point the guy responding - had a go "what do you want me to do about it". Left me with the problem they offered no way for me to fix it. So what was a great deal became a rubbish deal. I get my part in it.. but they offered no help/advice, I cant have been the only one with this issue - they just flipped the preverbial.... so think before you part with 100s, 1000s.

This is my 2nd purchase from RW. As I updated to the Savannah Set with the fire pit. Found the sales staff very polite and communicative throughout the process. Delivery guy called an hour before delivery and was very helpful in showing me what goes where, will defiantly use again.

We recently purchased a sofa with a coffee table and stools, 2 loungers with a small coffee table and parasol and 2 covers. All the items bar 1 cover were delivered as arranged by a very polite and personable driver by the name of Tony. We reported the missing cover to customer services who arranged for another to be delivered by courier the next day.We are thrilled with our new garden furniture and will be buying a bistro set in the near future.

Customer service is first class!

We ordered garden furniture from here, an 11 piece rattan cube dining set in the mixed brown weave. The service from start to finish was exceptional. Its even better when the furniture arrives and is flawless! I am amazed at the quality of the furniture, we have looked around for some time now the quality at most places we found had a very "plastic" look. rattan warehouses quality is far better and I would definitely recommend and will be coming back.Thank you team for making us very happy indeed.

Delighted with our rattan warehouse purchase.

The modular nature of the galveston products suited our needs perfectly. We now a have flexible seating and eating arrangement that makes full use of our garden-room space. In addition, it is comfortable, light and modern in design. Consequently, we are delighted with our purchase.We were treated in a friendly and respectful way at all stages of the buying process and although there was a slight hiccup in delivery, it was resolved to our entire satisfaction, making rattanwarehouse a decent company to deal with in our experience.
