Just signed up to Ebico / Rebel energy. Cannot really give a review, as I have just switched over.
But have had very positive communications, spoke with an agent ( De-Juan ), extremely polite, and v
ery good customer service skills.

Been with rebel energy for nearly a year now and I’m hoping I can stay for another year once my new tariff is available. It’s been so easy and Jaydrin was a great help on advice for renewal and refunds.

Great service from Danwill

I had quite a lot of questions about my billing, and Danwill helped me get through all of them quickly and easily, while staying friendly and helpful.

This is my second time using Rebel's customer service helpline, and both times it's been a much better experience than I've had with previous suppliers.

I’m still not sure why I was sent multiple emails regarding an upfront “advance� payment taken by direct debit, which I promptly cancelled through my bank, and a request to submit a meter reading, which is what I prefer).

Great service

Spoke on the phone with Orphelia. She understood my request and help me resolve an issue about my bill. The corresponding emails came straight after the phone call and everything was sorted out.

Very helpful and professional service. Ashir helped set up my account and direct debit. Very informative. So easy and straight forward. Customer service is poor

I've been getting hounded to pay a bill despite it not showing up in my account.

I reached out to support for help as to why the bill wasn't appearing in my account. They said I set up a duplicate account and asked for my email. They said it would be updated.

I looked at my account a few days later and still nothing so I reached out to support. It's now day 5 and I've received no response and no clarity.

Bad service when you're hounding me to pay bills and I can't even access the bills on my account.
