I placed my order on 12/7/24
I placed my order on 12/7/24. It is 1/4/25 and I have not received it. I have sent 5 emails requesting customer service and there has been no response.
Their order tracking claims it was delivered 1/3/24.
I contacted my credit card company to report the transaction. Cannot find a Dr. Ellaine Marshall dermatologist. Also can't find where any of the beauty magazines on the Refress website actually recommended the Refress product on their websites.
