I placed my order on 12/7/24

I placed my order on 12/7/24. It is 1/4/25 and I have not received it. I have sent 5 emails requesting customer service and there has been no response.
Their order tracking claims it was delivered 1/3/24.
I contacted my credit card company to report the transaction. Cannot find a Dr. Ellaine Marshall dermatologist. Also can't find where any of the beauty magazines on the Refress website actually recommended the Refress product on their websites.

Scam

Scam!
No response to emails and cannot get a refund. Package shows in Dongguan for over a month now.

SCAM DONT BUY

I put in an order over two weeks ago (USD60) for 90 day supply of their hair spray never got a tracking number they won't respond to my emails just an automated answer that they received my email. Can't find a phone number. I believe they are a SCAM

Scam!!

The shampoo bar took forever to come. In the website it says it was developed in Australia but it comes from China. The scent was so strong I couldn’t even leave it wrapped in my house. I had to put it on my porch. I asked for a refund and never heard back.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee? Yeah, right! NOT!

They say that they have a 30 Day back guarantee, but good luck getting them to respond to you to honor it! I received my package but the smell was intolerable (I had to put it outside!). I contacted them and got an automated response saying they were reviewing it and would get back to me. I've never heard back and have sent an additional 2 email.

Tried to follow up with several support…

Tried to follow up with several support requests via email (received a request ID#) and messenger as my package showed delivered, but never got it. The postal service investigated and gave me a claim# to give to Refess. Still no reply after 2 weeks. Will be filling a charge reversal to my CC. Beware, the product comes from China!

Buyer Beware!!

Scammer! It seems legit at first but once you follow-up on missing items issue & trying to get a refund under their 30-day trial guarantee for an unsatisfactory product, your follow-up emails will be totally ignored. Good thing, I bought thru PayPal and got a refund.
