I bought a docking station, and the hdmi output was faulty.
I got immediate response from costumer service, saying that they would send me another one.
Then I had to send a reminder email again after some weeks, and they immediately apologised for not having sent the other package, and they immediately shipped the other docking station.
Because they are fast responders, and because mistakes are human, because they have good communication and eventually get the job done, i'm still quite happy.

Faulty Phone - refusal to refund or replace item
DO NOT USE REFURBED.IE - Company sent me a phone that was not working kept switching off, screen burn slow response time, and issue with the touch screen not responding as expected even at set up. Company sent the phone in an envelope and I returned as same undamaged on the exterior. Phone never worked from the outset, however they are blaming me for returning the phone in the wrong packaging (same packaging I received it in) and that it was "damaged in transit" I sent back the phone undamaged it was the interior of the phone issues that I was making a claim about. However images they shared looked like someone stood on the phone. Ethical messages all over their website / but no ethics when dealing with genuine customer.

Purchased a phone for my son
Purchased a phone for my son. I went for the like new option with new battery etc. Paid extra for this. Son has been complaining since xmas that the battery has not been working properly. Refurbed are refusing to replace the battery. They are saying there is a crack on the back of the phone. The phone has not been dropped. This was here before hand. Disgraceful that they advertise a 12 month warranty when they don't replace anything. Will never purchase from this site again and will be spreading this news. It's a con site!!

Total trash of a website
Hey everyone. Since google decided to bring out the new update to basically kill my pixel 4a's battery, I had to get a new phone asap since i was basically without one, given that it had a 1 hour battery life.
I ordered on refurbed (a Pixel 7), and waited. There was nothing for a few days, so I reached out to the seller. They told me the package had been stolen (?) and refunded me my money. I immediately ordered a new Pixel 7 from a different seller on the site, and there was nothing again. They created a tracking link, but it was never shipped and I am still trying to get my money back. This is just completely ridiculous, same thing happening twice and me spending a week without a phone because these idiots talk about express shipping and yet do not even remotely care about making sure their sellers actually ship the product.
This is just completely inacceptable, now imagine I don't even get my money back and I can go call support and have an even greater waste of time because of this clown website who does not care who sells on it.

functionality issues
It took a very long time for my order to arrive. Externally the phone looks great, there is no visible damage. When using it there are problems with applications, the phone constantly reboots and the screen is in standby mode. It turned off several times for no reason and turned on for several hours. Face ID does not work due to previous repairs and calibration.

Other people's rubbish!
Bought a laptop had it two months, it's now a paper weight, 1200 euro! They answer emails with maddening copy and paste replies. Will never buy second hand rubbish from sellers without a fiscal shop again. It's all to easy for them to hid at the other end of a screen and fob you off!
