It's my first refurbished product and I was a bit skeptical before I received my order. The description and details were so clear about the product but I was still like "we will see.." . The watch arrived super fast and everything was as described. I couldn't be happier with my experience and watch. I'll be coming back for my future purchases as well. Definitely turned me into a a regular customer

I ordered a tablet with a stylus for my daughter to use for drawing. The tablet arrived sooner than promised but without the stylus. The disappointment on my daughter's face!
I contacted customer s
ervice immediately and they sent us the stylus within 24 hours.
Both items are in perfect condition, and I am absolutely impressed by the customer care and their prompt action. Daughter is now happily drawing next to me as I am writing this :).
I am 100% sure that I will get my next phone from them as well.

I have dealt with Refurbed in the past and I do highly recommend them. I did have an issue with this shipment which WAS resolved to be fair. However, Refurbed take no part in the resolution of the issue apart from acknowledging your query/complaint. This was resolved through contact with Klarna, who were excellent, and the store Ma Fabrik, who were also excellent in getting this resolved. Just for the fact that they more or less stand back when issues arise rather than getting involved in the process is the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars.
I will still purchase from them again though.

ZERO STAR !

If there was an option to give ZERO STAR, I would have given this company a BIG ZERO.
They sent me broken laptop ( SCREEN totally damaged) and clear marks and scratches on the computer. I paid for the computer because there was an info that the laptop would be LIKE NEW.
And I ordered WINDOWS 10 but they sent me with Windows 7. I sent them back 10 days before and till today i have no any info about the product i ordered.
I do not recommend !
NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!

The concept is great, the Customer service is just sad.

Ordered a Phone around 20.09.
it's 24.11 and didn't receive a thing no money and no Phone.
Hopefully it is going to arrive around Christmas or before 2021 :)

Absolutely awful ordered two iPhones…

Absolutely awful ordered two iPhones for Christmas and got them the next day I was so happy until I turned one on to see that the screen is damaged and has green spots all over it I wasn’t sent a receipt and now they won’t get into contact with me I don’t recommend to anyone keep your money 600 euro down the drain

Unstrusted Website. Worst shipping

Hello, This is one of my worst experience with Refurbed. I ordered a laptop since 20 days back. They couldnt able to deliver my product.
There is answer is all time sorry sorry. I lost trust and i recommend other guys to be careful before buying your stuff. I purchased Laptop for urgent professional use but i suffered a lot. Till now they havent delivered.
Very Bad.

he wrong address was corrected on 3/11/2020. After i spoke to Refurbed customer service 6 times and they assured me that they have already updated my new address and delivery will be possible by next few days. This was repeatedly happened.
I have a question now? If the Delivery address cant be changed once the item is shipped why customer services redelivered with the wrong address. Are they not aware that they have to re ship instead of sending. Your Customer service team has assured me 6 times that delivery will be done in the next few days as they have updated the address to the shipping merchant company. This morning i had a message that they have to re ship.
I certainly not happy with the excuse given.
I had a big loss. I bought a laptop for Professional work and i lost the freelancing job due to this irresponsible delivery service.

Products do not arrive

Products do not arrive - weeks trying to establish where the product is. Repeatedly being told "to have more patience" when the products are weeks late is infuriating - we are not impatient children. We purchased a product worth a lot of money, the tracking status was never updated, it was meant to be delivered over a week ago, not one person can tell us where the product is, but do not worry, they are able to tell us to "have patience". Have just been offered a refund, however must send a scanned copy of my ID and other items for the refund. In the run up to Christmas during current times, I know a lot of people will be turning to online shopping. I hope this review will encourage you to take your money elsewhere. If you order items from this site for Christmas, you might be lucky to receive them for mid-January - save yourself the time and effort, I know we wish we had!! - FYI this is a follow on from the below complaint. And four days later, trust me, our complaint has not "vanished into thin air" - instead we still do not have any idea of where the product is or when it can be expected to be received.

Terrible experience so far

Terrible experience so far. Be warned Refurbed outsource the sale of the items on their websites to merchants that cannot be trusted. Order an iPhone 8, 9 days later the merchant or Refurbed have no idea where it is and the delivery provider say it was never provided to them. Delivery was “guaranteed” to be completed 5 days ago and yet Refurbed or Prime-Recycle have no idea where is it and have asked to “have more patience”. Absolutely despicable behaviour, in any correspondence I’ve had with Refurbed they’ve passed the blame to Prime-Recycle (the merchant) and have offered no assistance in resolving the problem, why can you not cut out this below bar merchant and organise for me to get the product from a reliable merchant? Prime-Recycle quite obviously never had that phone in stock and are back tracking trying to find one. No due diligence done on the merchants they have on their platform, AVOID if you actually want to receive your order!!

Very positive experience, especially with customer service

Very positive experience! I had an issue with the device (some scratches but the device itself is working 100% fine), but this was promptly solved by the support team and the merchant. They answered my questions and catered to my request. Plus - I planted a tree!

I recently purchased an iPad Pro from…

I recently purchased an iPad Pro from refurbed, and I can’t fault them in any way. The delivery was extremely quick as I received the iPad only 3 days after placing my order. The iPad was in absolutely perfect condition, exactly like new. There was not one sign that it had been pre owned and it performs like a new device as well. I would recommend thinking of a refurbished device as the quality is no different from a brand new one and you’re saving a considerable amount of money.
