Until a few months ago it worked correctly. Recently I have faced problems both in the movement of funds. Suddenly, although sufficient funds are reflected in the account statement when carrying out an operation, the system claims to have no balance, thus not allowing purchases or outgoing transfers from said card, although it does allow and correctly update the balance entry. I contacted support months ago and thought the issue was resolved, but they never gave me a response. Today I have been trying to communicate with a support operator all day and at this time 4:00 p.m. I receive an answer from one who is not at all willing to answer my complaint objectively, giving other arguments related to access addresses and so on.
