Amazing products and customer service! Revolve has good product selection. I purchased a couple of items from them, the quality of products are very good. Even more importantly, the customer service was great. I needed help with return of a product, the customer service agent has gone out of their way to help me. I have only good things to say so far :)

Pretty expensive products but the customer service is outstanding. I ordered the Tower 28 spray which I could not get anywhere else. Unfortunately the package never arrived, I contacted the customer service and they refunded me all my money, including shipping (from the US to Portugal) within the same day.
They were also very quick to answer, and it did not seem like the "AI slop" you see spouted by many companies today.

Had to order and return multiple dresses trying to find the perfect dress for my daughter’s wedding. They were all beautiful, and the customer service went above and beyond working with me on the returns and refunds.
I can’t wait to order something from Revolve again!

Amazing products and customer service

Amazing products and customer service! Revolve has good product selection. I purchased a couple of items from them, the quality of products are very good. Even more importantly, the customer service was great. I needed help with return of a product, the customer service agent has gone out of their way to help me. I have only good things to say so far :)

Great customer service, but prices are expensive

Pretty expensive products but the customer service is outstanding. I ordered the Tower 28 spray which I could not get anywhere else. Unfortunately the package never arrived, I contacted the customer service and they refunded me all my money, including shipping (from the US to Portugal) within the same day.

Had to order and return multiple…

Had to order and return multiple dresses trying to find the perfect dress for my daughter’s wedding. They were all beautiful, and the customer service went above and beyond working with me on the returns and refunds.
I can’t wait to order something from Revolve again!

Revolve sells dangerously toxic products

Revolve sells faux leather bags which have a dangerously high level of toxic chemicals. These include dimethylformamide, chromium, arsenic and lead, which can be absorbed through the skin with repeated use. The bag I ordered was so saturated with toxic chemicals that the fumes spread throughout the house on opening the package. This bag had to be moved outdoors immediately and customer service did not respond. Consequently, this will be brought to the attention of both state and federal agencies who may initiate a recall of these products from Revolve. Buy from Revolve at your own risk, as this can happen with real leather handbags as well. Even if you purchase clothing or other items, expect that customer service will not respond to your requests, which makes all ordering risky at best. Caveat emptor.

Revolve has the best customer service

Revolve has the best customer service out of any store I have ever seen. Had some packages stolen and they are so sweet and respond and help immediately. Literally so rare nowadays to have such attentive and helpful customer service

Feeling sad that people can be like this.

It was my first time ordering from Revolve and the last time. I paid 437€ for a dress who arrived completely ripped off. Now I understand why they had on their site no return of the dress. It’s unbelievable how they have no shame to send a dress like that for this amount of money.

I really love ordering from Revolve

I really love ordering from Revolve, I have got lots of items I really wanted I can't get in the UK. The shipping is so fast and reliable, and if I have an issue with an item or the box for whatever reason customer service is always very helpful and efficient. One of the few places I genuinely really look forward to buying from.

Was a bit sceptical after some of the…

Was a bit sceptical after some of the reviews but they had the Tower 28 spray my daughter wanted for Christmas that I couldn’t get anywhere else. I placed my order Wednesday 11/12/24 and have just received it this morning Saturday 14/12/24. I did pay for express delivery. Great service will definitely use this site again

Revolve’s customer service and issue resolution process is a JOKE!

Absolutely furious with how Revolve has handled my situation regarding a lost return package. Despite being a massive company with the resources to resolve such issues, they have done nothing but pass the blame and leave me, the customer, stuck in limbo.

I followed their return process exactly as instructed, using the return label they provided and their chosen logistics partner, Homerr. When the package went missing, Homerr confirmed that only Revolve could initiate a package investigation. But instead of taking responsibility and starting the investigation, Revolve outright refused to help, claiming they couldn’t act because I filed a chargeback with Klarna.

Even Klarna has told me that no further action is needed on my part and that this matter needs to be resolved between Revolve and Homerr. Yet Revolve continues to ignore their role and refuses to collaborate. Their response? Initially, they told me I couldn’t make any more orders until the issue was resolved. After I pushed them to do the right thing, they offered me a 15% discount code for my next order—as if making another purchase would somehow fix this! All I wanted was for them to take responsibility and follow the clear advice given by both the logistics company and Klarna.

This is not what I expect from such a well-known company. Revolve has all the resources and ability to handle this, but they refuse to take accountability and instead leave their customers hanging. This experience has completely shattered my trust in their service. If anything ever goes wrong with your order, don’t expect any help from them—you’ll be left to deal with everything yourself.

Save yourself the stress and shop somewhere else, where the company actually values its customers and takes responsibility for their processes. Revolve’s behavior is disgraceful.

THEY DONT REFUND

I love that they offer things in europe we cant really get anywhere else. I have bought a lot of times and had always a really good customer service but they last so much in getting the returns. I have waited more than a month for my order to be refunded and they dont take responsability. They make you sign a "lost package" document where says that if this happens again they wont refund you anymore. Its incredible how they put the responsability to the client. Not any company I have bought from has done this to me. So I dont recommend buying here.

TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM, BUYERS BEWARE. Placed an order 4 days ago, confirmed my email and answered phone call verification call within minutes of the order. Order still on hold, not shipped. Called customer service and they said even though the transaction cleared my credit card, I would need to place a second order using PayPal So I can be charged twice, really?
