I was asked to provide all risks Building Insurance on a property which had undergone subsidence at some point shortly after it was built in the 1880s and was situated in an area designated as liable to flood although my property has never been flooded. Jasvinder was patient and kind and very knowlegable he was able to provide me with the right insurance and thus ensure a successful outcome. I would reccomend him and his Company without hesitation.
