I placed an order and it was never sent! I tried to contact them and in fact it seems that the company does not exist! Run its scam

The clothes is very poor quality, I asked to return the package and they said just refund 15% the full amount, it is ridiculous!
I am so disappointed, for me is rubbish!

I have been shopping for years, and they always uphold quality and knowledge, which is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Character is important, and they have excellent staff that I admire.

If possible to give them a negative 5 I would, I made a purchase very happy & excited for the cute outfit when they never delivered, or gave me a tracking number till after 90days when I requested a refund & they ignored the issue.. Total scam Company do not purchase anything

I have a very bad experience. With Saranova. It is a very not serious company. I ordered a dress, the dress came very damaged and a bad dress, and I sent it back, and they deceived me. They did not send me the money back. I am still afraid for half a year now and I am writing specifically so that they send me the money back. This is not serious and bad, the Saranova company, please, people, do not order. There dresses they are scammers. This is bad quality bad service and everything is bad, please do not order anything from them.

Do not trust Saranovas.com. I made an order, I did receive my purchase, but it was a pretty bad quality, one of the blouses doesn't even have an exit for your arms. It is insane. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Shipping and delivery is prompt-inexpensive and good quality for those on a budget. There are many special discount offers-with a few exceptions, most of the garments are of good quality, good fabrics and well made. Sometimes sizing can be problematic, for example, separate sizes 12 and 14 would be helpful as many items in the (12-14) selection tend to be closer to size 12. I'm a size 14 and a large or 16 is too big. All in all, a great company for people who want to be fashionable or can afford new clothes on a tight budget!

I used to really enjoy buying from here. I hadn't bought anything from here for a while and just received it yesterday after placing my order. Tried everything on, seven items, I kept three and returned four! The sizing is not actually true. No wonder people feel awful and insecure about their bodies, the sizing is absolutely shocking. Very disappointed, made me feel awful and my confidence has hit rock bottom!

I can't blame saranovas customer service department for handling my lost package and refunding me, but I highly recommend that they stop using XXX (a logistics company) to ship packages. Now with two lost orders, I am very reductant to use saranovas again because I don't trust that packages will arrive because XXX ( a logistics company) is their delivery partner!

First of all, I love saranovas customer service. They are always friendly and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
What is the problem - refunds. I do everything I'm supposed to do but always end up chasing a refund, which should not happen. This has happened 3 times now. I am seriously considering whether I should order from saranovas again.

My first order from saranovas I live in Romania and the package arrived within 3 days, what a surprise! I usually wear XS/34 Euro size and after reading some reviews I decided to buy one size bigger, so I ordered size 6 (S/36 Euro size) and it fist me just right. I love it! So of course if you're between two sizes, the likelihood of disappointment is higher. For me it was a positive experience and I would order again.

Overall the experience was good. Unfortunately the material/fit of the clothes is often not up to par. I guess that's one of the pitfalls of buying clothes online though!
