She was a pleasure to deal with. Such a difference to past interactions with SCG. Promise the world, rarely deliver. But always invoice on time.

REFERENCE 2700170 PHONE OUTAGE

Our company landlines went down on Friday 3rd January 2025 8:10 am. Initially I thought it was a telephone update but after waiting 30 minutes I suspected it was something more serious than that. I telephoned our telecoms provider Southern Communications and spoke to Matt Randall who said he would look into it. Matt established that our phone service was ok from the cabinet to our premises and he then confirmed that it was a fault beyond that which BT openreach would have to resolve. Matt was told that it should be resolved by 5pm on Saturday 4th January but it was resolved 24 hours earlier than expected. Thanks Matt for your help and support and also for arranging our calls to be redirected to one of our mobile phones.
