In this case the service was fortified with mature service reps with a wealth of product knowledge and practical advice. And when I called in with a question I actually spoke to a service rep who remembered my order and was quick to help. Doesn't get much better than that.

The customer service was fantastic because the person filling the on-line order thought the sizes may not be suitable. She phoned to confirm - just to make sure. As a result, the order was adjusted and my niece received a gift of maternity clothes that all fit perfectly.
Also, she liked that the clothing was adaptable, ie., she needed clothing for the last few months of her pregnancy, but also she could continue to wear the clothing for nursing. She let me know that everything arrived (very quickly) and that the quality was perfect.
I have already recommended Seven Women Maternity to another friend who is pregnant and would also to anyone else.

Didn’t get it in time for event. No apology. Was showing on track to be delivered the day before event and then day-of it changed to days later for ETA. No time to plan for alternative maternity outfit since I was expecting it. Not very nice when you’re already down on your body and obviously can’t wear any of your other dresses. They refunded expedited shipping without hassle but no apology.

We did apologize to you the same day we refunded you for the delayed shipment, by email on July 13th. We shipped your order immediately on Monday and while it should have arrived to you by the end of the week, we cannot control Canada Post's performance.
Had we known that you had to have the dress by the following weekend we would have suggested you take Express shipping.
Again, we do apologize you didn't receive your shipment as you had hoped.
