I first experienced sheertex on Qvc I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw them tugging pulling and scratching these opaques I ordered them immediately couldn’t wait to receive them when i did I put them on. I can’t believe how wonderful they are comfortable no tugs no runs. I want to get more, however they seem to be out of stock right now in espresso I’ll keep trying I’m sure the demand is very great hope to be able to order them soon.
I purchased a pair of tights based on the sizing chart however they turned out to be too small. The customer service team was awesome in respondind and sending a replacement pair in larger size. And this was on New Year's Day no less !
I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience with sheertex. I purchased their tights, marketed as “the first un-rippable tights,” from a retailer. Within just 4 hours of wear on New Year’s Eve, sitting in upholstered seats at a concert theatre, a hole appeared.
When I reached out to Sheertex, they refused to honour their 90-day Rip-Resist Guarantee because I didn’t buy directly from their website. This is unacceptable. If Sheertex chooses to sell through retailers, they should provide the same warranty and support.
Consumers deserve better. Companies should stand behind their products, no matter where they’re purchased.
I bought two pairs and one ripped all the way up the front stomach seam on the first wear. I am hoping that was a bit of a fluke because I do like my remaining pair a lot- they're the sparkly ones and they're amazing!

The tights were worn once and have already teared. Not worth the price when these perform the same as a $5 pair you can buy in the grocery store.

I bought these and went to try them on and they immediately got a snag from me pulling them up. Mind you, I have very short nails and I TRIPLE checked to make sure that there was nothing that they would get caught on, out of an abundance of caution. I am so disappointed that I spent the money on “snag less” tights when I can buy a pair for 5 dollars and then get rid of them for the same wear.

I bought 3 pairs of tights - one was worn, dirty, and had pilling. I emailed sheertex about this and never heard back. The other two pairs are new and so far, great tights. I won't be buying another pair though because sheertex never bothered to try to replace the used pair.

The hose were nice but there was a line across the hose above my knee that showed. It was a defect in the hose but I needed them to wear so I wore them anyway. I should have sent them back. On a positive note they were very comfortable to wear and the shade was pretty.
