This device isn鈥檛 true Microcurrent. This will be a waste of money to those that think they can change their appearance with this. It will leave red, almost burn like marks on your face however, so that鈥檚 fun. I know people want do it yourself treatments, but please find the right equipment and do your research. Also your refund policy is very sneaky and will obviously never give customers a refund. Your star grade is actually Negative Stars.
I ordered the multi spectral neck and chin therapy device. It has a red light function and an ems current function. The light function stopped working after 60 days and then started working again. I contacted the company to report this. The light function stopped working again just after the 90 day warranty period. I contacted the company again and they would not provide any solutions. The product is a cheap lightweight plastic and I will not be purchasing anything from the company again after this experience.
I鈥檝e tried every expensive eye cream, but this device actually delivers results. My eyes look so much brighter now!
It is a must-have for my self-care nights, as I apply it before bed, and it helps me decompress while it's reducing puffiness. Do you think you can help me with this?

Sadly the device broke in less than 10 uses in the period of exactly 72 days ( i was away 30 days in another country with zero access fo the device). I communicated all this wifh the company but sadly they were not willing to help.

I have been using it for 3 days and j do like it. You need the gel to use the glasses. Wish the gel came with the glasses because I had to wait longer to use them for the gel to come in. Over all I do like them

Right after I wake up, I put some on my dark circles and puffy eyes vanished within a few minutes. It's very simple to do and only takes a few minutes out of your morning routine.

I should have done more research before purchasing this. It took a month to get to me with a long shipping time for whatever reason, first of all. Customer service was no help at all. Secondly, the device is not comfortable to wear and doesn鈥檛 fit on my face. It doesn鈥檛 hit my under eyes well and so in order to hit my under eye area I have to push the device up. This then pulls my bottom lids down and then indents my skin. Oh and it sometimes sends shock sensations into my skin. Not good and probably not a real device. I鈥檝e had it for a couple weeks, no change either in my eyes. Better to just save up and buy a real device after doing good research. Lesson learned.
