The shower my family ordered for both my parents, who are battling cancer, works amazing. Their customer service is pretty awesome to work with as well for questions regarding setup, shipping, etc.

We own a Shower Bay and it is the best solution we could have prayed for. Russell from Shower Bay is such a great person to talk to. Unfortunately mom became a double amputee due to Diabetes and we did not know how mom would shower without breaking walls down. Our restroom is very small and after talking to Russell we decided to go with Shower Bay.. It fits nicely in moms room and all I can say is thank you Russell for putting our fears to rest.

Shower Bay is a fantastic solution to our family needs. We could not remodel our home to accommodate our son who was recently disabled in a skiing accident. The Shower Bay is easy to setup and use. The Care Givers really enjoy using it with our son for his nightly shower routine. When Care Givers are not available, my wife and I are able to step in and give our son a shower. Shower Bay stayed in touched with us after we placed our order to make sure everything was working well. The customer experience we received from Shower Bay was top-notch. Shower has been a blessing for family member unable to get upstairs for a shower. Set up and use was easy once we got compatible faucet for hose. It works great! Was compatible with our shower buddy shower chair.

This shower bay was a godsend to my ability to care for my mother in law without installing an entire bath and shower. It was very well built and covered all the bases as far as ease of assembly, ease in showering, and cleaning. I am only 5 foot 2 inches and was able to reach over and shower my mother in law in her chair with ease. I could then roll her out the very convenient ramp and rinse down the shower bay and disconnect the tubing. I am an RN and absolutely loved this product and referred all my friends who work with the elderly to their sight. Thanks again!

Fully satisfied with this unit. Perfect solution to our mother's aging disabilities. Im SO GLAD we didn't get a walk in shower! She would have not used it too long. We ordered the roll-in shower chair, so the nurses can assist with dressing before and after the shower with more ease. Love this product and more importantly our 90 year old mother really loves it!
