My mother was missing a crucial component to the Showerbay. Russell went above and beyond. Ordering the componen and when it didn't arrive on time went the extremely to ship it overnight from a different source all free of charge.

Hey there just wanted to give a glowing rave review for Russell and his sister for providing such a valuable and needed device. At a time when most families are going through high trauma and major unforeseen expenses- they are a godsend not only in the pragmatism of their invention but of the care and empathy in their customer service. we have been using the shower bay for my quadriplegic father OVER 8 YEARS now... and it is still going strong. unfortunately we did not keep up with the maintenance on the pump as we should have and it finally died on us (after 8 years). I called up Russell and he had one sent to me the very next day. i love these guys and seriously their product is solid, durable and the people behind the company are beautiful souls. thank you!

Ordering was easy but the real plus about this company is Russell. He answers the phone and answers questions completely.
Then once we received the shower we needed an adapter for the the faucet. He sent the kit and we received it less than 24 hours later. This company is the real deal and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting good service and a high grade product. The shower is worth every dollar to know that my husband is safe to take a shower. And it works exactly the way it is advertised. A+ for showerbay.com!!!

The product was well engineered took 20 min. to assemble. The owner called to see if there were any issues with the shower and thanked me for the purchase. You do not see that kind of follow up anymore. All of the in-home care providers liked it and took pictures to show other clients. I would recommend this product to others.

It was almost time for my daughter to leave the rehab center after a 4 month stay. I had most of the equipment needed for someone who couldn't move her legs, but there was no way for her to have a shower in my house. None of the equipment would go through the door. My son-in-law searched the internet and found Shower Bay. I ordered it, it was very easy to put together and we love it! Read about it on their website. Every word they say is true!!

The Shower Bay shower is a life saver. My mother has dementia and is wheelchair bound. None of our showers in the house are accessible for her. We set up the Shower Bay shower in the main room where we have her hospital bed - and now it is so easy to give her a gentle shower. We just roll her into the shower and can set the water to any temperature and any gentleness. Its works great! No leaks. Also, customer service is fantastic. I needed an extra drain filter and Russell immediately sent it to me with no charge! Very friendly and helpful.

Great affordable product that fits a need where bathroom modification is not a viable option. A bonus is the fact that the shower unit is completely modular, easily relocated, and normally doesn't require home modifications. It works just like advertised and after sales service and support is top notch. We are glad we went with this option.
