Next day delivery, well packaged, good pillow. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side being that it looks to be cubed foam layer off-cuts from their mattresses - Nonetheless very comfy. Had to separate some of said cubes by hand as they weren't cut entirely from the band saw.

Installing quite easy whilst removal of old conventional mattress a lot more difficult. Funny odour persists after couple of days,akin to musty.Sure will fade. Very comfortable easy sleep.

after being let down by Emma twice, online and through Furniture village we bought our first simba mattress, can't fault them, from the moment we placed the order the mattress was delivered in three days.
It came with the duvet, pillows and bed protector in the boxing day sales, it came with only one pillow, we contacted them with out any hassle whatsoever and the pillow turned up in two day
My experience with them was excellent

Completely failed after 2 months use.

Bought a Super King Simba Hybrid Luxe Mattress in October. Both of the sides have bulged out by over 6CM's and the top foam has detached. There is now a 6cm step from the top foam to the next layer on the sides in addition to the massive side bulging below that. It seems the mattress structure has completely failed.

We suspect this is a recent manufacturing fault as others have reported the same issue. We have rejected the mattress under the terms of the trial and have requested a refund.

We await to find out how good after sales support is and how quickly we get this resolved and refunded. I will update the rating if the after sales support is good and resolves this issue.

We did find this mattress comfortable and might buy one in the future when the quality has been improved.

Changing prices…

Bought an Original Hybrid mattress in the ‘Boxing Day sale’, on the assumption I was getting a good discount. There’s now, not a week later, a ‘New Years sale’ with a further not insignificant discount (£200) so I feel somewhat duped - not sure you can trust the pricing here at all. We did receive some ‘free’ pillows and a mattress protector but didn’t particularly want them and won’t use them.

The mattress was delivered next day and exactly when promised, on Christmas Eve. It’s comfortable. It feels of reasonable quality but the different prices makes me wonder exactly how much these actually cost to make. I will be monitoring it closely for sagging over the next month or so.

VIP delivery was not VIP in anyway

VIP delivery was not VIP in anyway. Mattress was damaged and soiled pre delivery and the delivery people damaged our paintwork. Simba have not been helpful and referred us to the sub contractor who will not respond. We should not be dealing with Sima’s sub contractor. We have put this to Simba but they are ignoring us. Feel very let down.

Fantastic mattress!

It is a fantastic mattress to sleep on. The best mattress I've ever owned. I saw the reviews in the Independent and after much deliberation, I chose it. It is a decision I do not regret.

The mattress didnt agree with my back but the customer service at Simba is outstanding. In this day and age where customer service is generally short its great to find a company that actually places the customer first.

refurbished mattress - NOT a good idea

We bought a simba refurbished mattress a little over a year ago. The refurbished mattresses are a little cheaper - but we were not expecting the mattress to so significantly fail only months after the one year warranty/guarantee expired! Our ikea one that we had previously was longer lasting than this, and we now have a mattress that is uncomfortable to sleep on.
