Very friendly staff but they did not provide what they had promised. I went with the promotion for $87 per 20 units. Of course after initial consultation they had covinse me to buy many more units which suppose to get rid of my lines between my eyes. Even after touch ups the lines are still very visible. I was told people have less and less units to be re done between 3 to 6 mo to keep the results. There is not even 2 mo and I don't even have desired result yet.

New to the area, looking for a new botox injector figured I would try their botox deal and go from there.... Had the treatment done a month ago, after letting the botox set I noticed movement in my brows were very uneven, additionally I had a large crease line on the top of my forehead. So I called to discuss this and we booked a corrective appt.

Long story short, it wasn't corrected and there is huge movement on my other brow now (with the one they added 'tox to not moving at all). Additionally, my forehead creases have multiplied and are more prominent.

What the heck, I have never had issues like this getting botox.

I would unfortunately suggest going elsewhere for more qualified treatments.

Scheduling system is the worst. I went there today for my first appointment. Unfortunately someone in their clinic booked me in Burlington location. Now I'm thinking it's probably blessing in disguise for all the bad reviews I'm seeing now. I had my proof of conversation with this people. Very sketchy and unprofessional.

The injections I got at this clinic didn’t go well, total waste of money. You can’t really discuss your concerns with anyone there because they don’t answer your emails and don’t want to be involved after they got their money, so you are on your own with lost money, no ( or negative ) results, sadly nobody is responsible for that
You are better off at the plastic surgeon/ dermatology office as they are MDs there and hopefully know what they are doing

I was gaslit into believing my lip filler was done properly. I cried about it a month after when it was supposed to look normal. The owner also banned me from their location and wiped out my existing Botox treatments that I had paid for. Gaslit me about that too. Over $100 of units! Had to get them fixed with an independent lip filler nurse injector. Skin Vitality owner refused to refund so I went to my CC company.

It is a shame because some of the ladies working at Skin Vitality were kind. I think. The owner though, she is a piece of work. She harassed me and threatened to send a collections agency called Metropolitan Credit Adjustors after me. She had them send me an email despite them having 1.6 stars on google reviews. Haha. Shady business. Never going back again. Telling everyone how they hire new inexperienced practitioners and harass & gaslight their clients even after years of loyalty. :)

I will see you in court. After you followed up with me via email it became clear how much you care. Public be aware the threads they use will not lift your face at all. I will be sharing photos of disaster they made. I asked and paid for pdo, not silhouettes, they are different product. You scammed me for $4520. It’s all about getting thd money out for you but how about my overly wide face that keeps swelling up from the wrong product that you inserted in the overly high amount. My lawyer will contact you.
I need to get these threads out of my face. 8 is too many. My face is swelling up like a balloon. It should be lifted not wide. Im changing my bank account number. You scammed me. I can’t believe I allowed for this to happen.

I visited the clinic to get a couple of simple Botox injections which I had already purchased but was then and stupidly talked into fillers to fix my issue. And it was totally my fault for agreeing, to their suggestions. But what really bothers me is that I asked for Botox to correct what they advertise on their website and instagram pages for correcting marionettes lines. But was talked into a “filler” instead. Another person came in to assess my concerns and said I should do filler to address my marionette lines, which their site says that Botox will help”. I am so angry with myself for letting them fill my “marionette lines” with a filler, instead of what they advertised as Botox solutions. I will never go back to this clinic for any cosmetic treatments. I feel like they are totally about selling to customers and do not have a vested interest in their client needs. I spent over $1100.00 for what I thought my Botox credits would take care of. Again, my fault, buyer be ware.
And then at my appointment, I was waiting for the technician for about 30 minutes before she came into do my procedure, The procedure was quite painful and I must say, not very effective, I had “filler” for my marionette lines. I am 62 and did not have drastic lines and the “filler did nothing to improve the look”. What a waste of money and my time. I originally went into the clinic to get Botox for my marionette lines (they adversities for this treatment), but was talked into filler. Boy was I taken in as a dummy. Totally my fault, “buyer be ware”. I got totally sucked into pressure sales from the “consultants” office. They really don’t consult, it’s pressure sales. Sadly not as professional as I thought.
I felt like I was another widget in their wheel. I felt like it was all about sales and making money. I will never go back, nor go back to the Eglinton Ave. Location. I had a poor experience there and will not go back, I will choose to age gracefully instead. Every woman should consider to do the same.

Hi ,I've been going to skin vitality for 3 years now. Unfortunately I've seen NO RESULTS AT ALL . I went for two fraxel treatments, 7 botox treatments and cool sculpting spent in total$4500 ,No Results only skin vitality asking for MORE MONEY TO SEE RESULTS, TOTAL LOSS AND TOTAL SCAMERS 😢 LOOK FOR A DERMATOLOGIST TO RECEIVE TRUE RESULTS

My visit to the Stoney Creek Skin Vitality Medical Clinic was absolutely fantastic! I decided to treat myself to some Botox, cheek, and lip filler treatments, and I'm thrilled with how everything turned out. After being so happy with my injection treatments I decided to come back and complete 2 sessions of Cool Sculpting which was also great!

First off, the location is super convenient—lots of free parking right there, which is a big plus. The clinic itself is spotless and has a really calming vibe, so I felt relaxed right away.

I had nurse Irena for my injections and Beata for my Cool Sculpting they're both rockstars! Not only are they super knowledgeable about all things beauty, but they're also really friendly and made me feel totally comfortable. Irena really listened to what I wanted and nailed the treatments—I'm loving the natural results.

All of the front desk staff are seriously the friendliest bunch. Everyone there made me feel so welcome and taken care of, which just added to the whole great experience.

If you're thinking about getting any treatments done, I definitely recommend checking out Stoney Creek Skin Vitality Medical Clinic. Great location, clean facility, amazing staff—what more could you ask for? I'm already planning my next visit because I had such a good time!

Patient Injectors!

Both times at the Mississauga location, I had a great consultation and got my concerns addressed well. I had my cheek filler, chin filler and lip filler done. My injector was very patient with me and it was an overall smooth experience. My results have held up well and I'm happy with them so far. I am considering doing Coolsculpting with them as well based on my consultation

I love Skin Vitality! I first discovered the Toronto Location in 2022 and haven't gone anywhere else for my Botox or Dermal filler since. I usually get a lip flip and treat my upper face and my Botox results are always amazing (thank you, Nurse Diana!). I recently got cheek filler as well and I'm obsessed. Thank you Skin Vitality!
