Company is great to deal with. They keep you up to date with energy price rises and better rates that they can offer you. Reminders for submitting your readings, so no estimates. Website is very easy to use. I've used various energy companies over the years and this one is by far the best I've used.

I have been with this company for over a year. I like their respectful approach to customers. If I am not ready to change or not having a good day, they do not badger me. I have taken a fixed fee tarrif because it makes sense to do so at the moment. I hope it is the right one. Some companies do not charge exit fees, and I would have preferred that. The deciding factor is the green energy policy.
So Energy doesn't just give great service as a one off. There is always someone to talk through issues sensibly. Always able to answer queries quickly and not pass you on or get you off the phone. Always correct billing. Always always good. Highly recommend as a relief from the rubbish service elsewhere
