My husband is 6ft 2 so we came in the showroom to check the sofas. On arrival, we were welcomed by a friendly lady who showed us the different ranges. The showroom is clean, and the sofas are displayed in built-in sections that have their own feel and decor; they have cool paintings on display. It's not your typical sofa showroom; it is high quality. Anyways we purchased the Assisi 3+2+1 in cream for our new home and delivery is on Tuesday. So excited and can't wait for it to be installed.
We took delivery of our 2 x 2 seater and 1 seater Tuscany Sofa on Tuesday after being given a delivery time of between 6am and 9am. The delivery guys (Zam and Najeeb) contacted me to say they would be here at 0730am. They arrived at the time stated and the sofa was delivered and working within an hour. They were polite and courteous throughout the delivery and ensured that we were happy with the delivery.
From when I went to view the Sofa to delivery was really quick which is an absolutely fantastic service.
Having been using the Sofa’s for a couple of days we are extremely pleased with our purchase.
I would highly recommend The Sofa Shop for an outstanding service and extremely top quality furniture.
My recliner chair lasted 2 days before the back broke, I heard the wood crack. After contacting them I was informed it was my fault as I had applied to much pressure. Really had no idea what they were going on about.
The chair from the sofa shop has been taken to the recycling centre as it was beyond unusable, and I've since been to a reputable company and payed the same price for an awesome chair and so far, 4 months later is still as good as the day I bought it.
Beware of the sofa shop, you will be ripped off. Go to a more reputable company and get a lazyboy for the same price. BEWARE STAY AWAY.
Although the planned delivery time was a little later due to unavoidable delays, it was definitely worth the wait and we were kept updated the whole time. Delivery guys were polite and efficient and treated our home with respect. We love our new sofa and massage armchair so much. Thank you 😊

I needed a compact two seater reclining sofa. Having checked out possibilities from many companies, I kept coming back to the same one from The Sofa Shop. I checked their reviews. These were generally good. I went for it. I can only go by my experience, and have to say I'm very impressed. Ordering was easy, the price was good, communications good. I had my delivery date - and received a call letting me know the driver was running slightly late (only half an hour), then had a call from the driver saying he'd be around half an hour - he was. The two staff brought my new sofa in, assembled it, and cleaned away the packaging. Nice and quick, nice and easy. The sofa appears to be good quality, and does exactly what I wanted it to do. So here's a happy customer who would definitely use The Sofa Shop again

I just had my cinema sofa delivered on Friday and I am very happy the driver Zain and his mate zam was very good getting this sofa in my home which was not easy but they did a great job
