I don't even know what happened, they just terminated my account without saying anything, no email, no message, NOTHING. Then i wake up one day and nobody is able to signup on my app or reset their password. Hundred of $ of loss here. I lost a good amount of customer because of this shady company.
Use something else, it's not worth it. Oh yeah, and they still charged me. Of course...
Over a long period we've frequently noted .sparkpostmail.com as the sender host for persistent spammers... which tells us the 'service' is basically unpoliced; undermining the credibility of legitimate users! This has been getting worse in the last year or so!
- So frequent is the annoyance that we now BAR all email which has the string .sparkpostmail.com in any header via a Cpanel filter!
I'd think twice about using this 'service' unless you want to find your messages trashed along with the Nigerian Princes, 'one weird tricks' and shonky viagra sales.

Spam with nasty malware. All emails from sparkpost and sparkpostelite are automatically deleted.

We have been a customer for a while but haven't use the service for some time. Now I would like to cancel subscription but it's impossible as there is no way of contacting them without creating a ticket (and I can't login). These types of services just make you furious.

Sparkpost & MessageBird are irresponsibles with their account suspension, they don't care about the impact they can produce to the customers, and they don't care about the service. They cut our service because they didn't answer to more than 25 emails and 15 tickets we opened to inform that we need the payment information which they changed when moved from Sparkpost to MessageBird. They responded 6 months latter with wrong information delaying more and more the payment, but then they cut the service. It is the worse service I have ever received.

All sparkpost email goes to my spam filters. It is therefore a waste of time and money for anyone who is sending me stuff through their platform. I wouldn't be interested in anything offered by an organisation foolish enough to use it so seems like a pointless business from where I'm sitting.

Horrible company that condones spammers and doesn't accept emails to their abuse email address advertised on the website. When you report a spammer they immediately reject the email to their abuse address. This company is in violation of the federal CAN-SPAM act and should be shut down by the FTC.

In my 42 years I have dealt with a LOT of support. SparkPost and more specifically the PowerMTA bunch are hands down the best support I have had during that time. Thanks and keep it up!

I am Daily reporting spammers that use SPARKPOST and they do nothing about it. Never trust a company that spams and never trust a company that allows spamming via their system !

Literally the worst. Do not waste time and money on them. The support is good for nothing. 1 whole day with their support repeating the same steps over and over again but still not able to setup account. Took 2 mins with mailgun to do the same. Wasted 1 day of my life. AVOID SPARKPOST.

SparkPost has a no tolerance messaging policy toward senders that exhibit behavior such as phishing. Abuse of our platform is never tolerated, which is why we cannot help you.
The PowerMTA team is A+++. I have been working with them for years. The Account Management team are wonderful, the product team is very eager to listen and truly making the right changes, and the PMTA product is a workhorse that never fails. I love PMTA.
