In the past 3 years there have not been any issues. SAS is professional and their customer service exceptional. We had horrible experiences with a previous answering service. Not SAS. They鈥檙e great!

I called the answering service Monday 12-23 about 5:00 PM ( which is after their normal hours) I LM about our Holiday hours , they replied via EM immediately acknowledging My message requested Holiday hours and gave ticket #
They Sent EM early next morning recapping hours I gave them.
They answered calls prompt after closing early for the Holidays, provided caller the Holiday hours.

Best answering service experience I've had
I have used an answering service for nearly 10 years. SAS is by far the best, they have scripts (that I write) so the team knows what to say in real time. They provide call recordings so I can listen and provide feedback on the calls. Their support desk is quick and helpful.
