This was in memory of my husband who passed away just over a year ago. I needed something to honor him by and this was perfect. Eternal, universal and memorable. It brought our son to tears. The experience from start to finish was professional, caring and efficient. And the letter came from England which is where he was from originally. Perhaps it was serendipity…or more. Thank you.
