This was in memory of my husband who passed away just over a year ago. I needed something to honor him by and this was perfect. Eternal, universal and memorable. It brought our son to tears. The experience from start to finish was professional, caring and efficient. And the letter came from England which is where he was from originally. Perhaps it was serendipity…or more. Thank you. Now I just have to figure out how to look it up!

I'm not sure what experience your talking about. It was a couple clicks and then payment. The two stars is for bugging me with asking if I want to get more stars, I had to block your email. I'm happy I bought but please if people don't reach out to you after buying something. Leave them alone.

Order the star in remembrance of my mom for Christmas for me and my dad and aunt, it was close only a few days before Christmas. after order it realized it was wrong (my fault) so emailed customer service and within minutes she responded and fixed the problem and with in minutes I was emailed a new updated copy just in time to email my dad for Christmas morning. said 7-10 days for delivery of original copies and certificate and got it 2 days after I ordered it. and not a day late as it was Friday 2 days before Christmas. Great customer service and the package had everything in it and explains everything... only wished I had ordered and extra copy of the certificate to give a copy to my aunt also. Thank you very much.. I will order again in future.
