I purchased a saw advertised as “40%” off during their current “40% off campaign” and they claim that the price is an error even though it is 19% higher than it has been previously (within two years).
At the time of my order the tool was listed as in stock. After this the delivery date from supplier was delayed twice.
Cancellation was quick, hopefully they’ll give me back my money quick as well.
Update: I still have reservations from staypro on my card after cancelling the order.
Great prices and great selection but unfortunately the delivery was handled by Postnord which, as usual, was problematic. The two items were delivered separately with almost two weeks between the deliveries and also the second one was left outside our entrance overnight in cold, wet weather.
I would easily order again if there was another delivery option instead. If not, sorry, I’ll probably have a look elsewhere first.

We ship the item within 24 hours, but delivery is not 24 hours. But 3-5 working days. And can see that you received this after 3 working days, which is within our delivery time.

Our decision is that there was an obvious pricing error and therefore we have canceled the purchase.
