We love our custom LED Neon Sign! Emmett provided exceptional customer service through the whole personal design process! Our sign is for our daughter’s wedding in June of 2025 so we haven’t used it yet but we are so excited to! It’s going to be a cool, stunning addition to the day and especially into the evening! The sign is so well packaged and arrived safely!

I contacted Emmett to order a sign for our basement. He was super responsive, answered right away and we were able to place the order with an hours once I had approved the design mock up, production and delivery was quick. Thank you! My only suggestion would be to change the mounting hardware as the anchors would not grip the screw and secure to the wall properly.

Steveston Creative went above and beyond in helping us with our LED neon signage needs. I work with a non-profit organization that was moving to a new location which had involved a large construction project to get the space up and running. The timing for the project was incredibly tight. We decided at the last minute that a neon sign would be the perfect thing for our reception area. With only days to go before our opening, Emmett was incredibly helpful in getting us what we needed. He turned the proofs around immediately after our phone call and reached out to his overseas manufacturing partner to have the sign started the same day. Within a week of first reaching out to Steveston Creative we had received our sign and it was exactly what we had wanted it to be. The process couldn’t have gone any smoother.
