Ontabletop is a great site and experience. Everything is shipped speedily and well packed and prices are relatively. Their Conquest LAOKs YouTube reports are excellent also. Haven't had a bad experience in any of my orders. Thank You.

A really great place to purchase. Everything is delivered quite fast and without import fees. I do have issues with their website quite often and they don't have a lot of stock, if they had I would shop there all the time.

A buy of from Chaps regularly as they are absolutely reliable, 20% - 52% cheaper than buying from the manufacturers, were willing to put a special message on the box for a God Child, and I love the physical shop, games hall and online shows!

I had order a few books and a bookmark from OnTableTop, one of the books were backordered and the customer service did not release my order until the back order had arrived. Although I was concerned, I reached out to customer service and they were very informative about the expected back order date of the book. The delay was roughly a couple weeks however this was clearly mentioned by the customer service, there were no vagueness and this kept my confidence with OnTableTop, if it wasn't for the backorder from GW's distribution, the delivery service would've been flawless.

In terms of the handling of the items, the staff who prepared and packaged the items did so with care, no cosmetic or physical damages to any of the items and the packaging was generous. Could not fault this retailer and would likely revisit again when new books are released

On Table Top have become my go to place to buy all things Warhammer / Hobby! I used to use Wayland then Element, but got so frustrated that they would list things as being available when they wouldn't actually be. In my 7 or 8 experiences with On Table Top so far, they don't do this. One item said it was not currently available but was due a re-stock in 5-8 days and Lo and behold it arrived in 5 days. They have the best rates (prices + shipping) when buying from the Republic of Ireland too. The one or two times I have contacted them for clarification, they have been quick, friendly and helpful in their communication and assistance. They have made a loyal customer out of me purely by offering an excellent service with great prices.

Games that say you can win çash don't get me ß started I have wasted hundreds of hours playing games v ànd not a penny better off I and still play them right up to last half hour but I enjoy playing them thing enjoy playing them don't think this is the last you hear me on this subject this is only part one the only game I have had any luck with money is the solitaire games that's the only good game I have ever found anyway hope you're lucky speak soon bye

Disclaimer, I am from the EU and have been struggling to find a well supplied GW store that has a good discount. I tried my luck with ontabletop as I have been following their youtube channel for awhile. I was very worried due to my very crappy postal service I would have a headache when the package arrives etc... however it arrived in 3 days after order was shipped... more over it arrived by courier!!!! I am sure there are a lot of people like me who hate dealing with the local postal office and all the hassle, waiting in line and OOOPS we can't find your package right now... soo this was an extremely great surprise that eased my anxiety greatly!!! 11/10 will shop again (it even rimes ehe)

I've been ordering for a few years now from store. ontabletop. They are fast, reliable, and most important of all if anything *might* not work they make it right from their own end. Stocklevels are almost always right, but if not you get refunded immediately from their own end right away and they even throw free stuff into the order as well. Splendid service and support any time I had to contact them as well.

Prices are among the best, and on Uk level, but due to them located in the occupied part of Ireland, we get the great discounts without the hassle of import taxes and fees.

Great bunch of lads, asked for some advice along with my order and they left a note pointing me to models/paint schemes I didn't even realise. Order was also dispatched faster than I thought and arrived very quickly though I am local tbf

Delivery was super slow and on top of that it got stuck in customs cause OnTableTop doesn't list taxes for their products. So I had to also pay the taxes again upon arrival. Not ordering from them again.
