Awful Experience, avoid this seller till they can get the basics right
Had the most awful experience with this store via Best Buy. While they made the mistake of listing a Refurbished computer as a NEW computer (and charged me as a new computer), there were several delays - not responding to messages, not shipping on time, many exchanges before they agreed to a return. They also ended up trying to give me only $300 to hold onto the Refurbished computer - which blew my mind given how much more they should have offered me given the price difference between a NEW and a Refurbished unit. The very very stressed CEO of the company was quite a bit rude in his exchanges (he floundered from being very apologetic for the number of mistakes to being VERY rude in his communications). Overall, I cannot honestly recommend this organization to buy your computer. There is a LOT they need to fix/address - (a) On time delivery; (b) Making sure the product is listed accurately on the Best Buy website (you can't list a Refurbished unit as New!!); (c) Communications were directly from a very very stressed CEO - clearly they don't have a full team to take care of the details and the administrative stuff; (d) They don't even know how to send a QR code for returns! - They are clearly not run like an established business that knows what its doing. And there in lies the issue. Oh and the real kicker?? The Refurbished computer they shipped me keeps crashing!
