Sweet Lioness followed up on my order and made sure it was delivered to me. They let me know when there was a slight delay in the production of my order so I wouldn't worry about it. They also notified me when the package was delivered so I could be sure to collect it at my door.
I had ordered some Christmas gift bags and matching tissue paper. The design is fresh and really pretty and the bags are much sturdier than what I could buy at a local store. Perfect for making my Christmas gift wrapping easier! They also included a few extra sheets of tissue paper--bonus.

Thank you for visiting Sweet Lioness Designs. We design purrrrrfectiy personalized and unique gifts and decor for everyone – all sorts of nerdery is always welcome! This business started because of our Lead Designer’s love of anime and all things nerdy, but it has expanded to anything anyone is passionate about! Our style is somewhat unique; if asked to define it in a few words, we'd say it's a form of collage art. We’re based in Canada but have received orders from around the world! Since 2019, we have been designing personalized items and having a lot of fun doing it! We create designs by using a combination of the following: • photos provided by customers, • existing clip art that has been licensed for commercial use, and/or • some artwork provided by friends and colleagues (all artwork is used with the artist’s permission). We do carry some greeting card, mug and gift wrap designs that are ready to sell without personalization, but all our gifts are one-of-a-kind and made to order.

I contacted Sweet Lioness to modified a jpg document (with image and text) that was shared with me. The wording wasn't positionned to my liking and I didn't want to use it.
Sweet Lioness agreed that the positioning was wrong and quickly fix it to my liking within 12h!
