While eating our dinner, I could feel something sharp in my mouth with my tongue. After removing it, I thought I broke my tooth but after looking it over carefully, I believe it was someone's broken fingernail. My b/f and I threw out the leftovers.
I have taken several pics but no where to post them in here.

I don't know if it was because I was alone that I was so ignored after my dinner was served but I felt totally ignored. I wanted to ask for a roll that I could actually bite into without breaking a tooth or even maybe substitute for coleslaw but could not catch his attention. Never once did he approach my table or even look my way so I could have the problem rectified. He was giving all the other patrons his full attention but not once did he even acknowledge I was even there. Chicken was good, fries so-so, 1 little tsp. of cranberry sauce on a piece of wilted lettuce and dressing was a glob of unidentifiable origin. I will never order the festive meal ever again

Drew and I have been going to the Swiss Chalet on Fairview St Burlington… we love this restaurant our waiter Ramiro R is the best.. he is so pleasant and very accommodating to our needs.. we love him that’s why we keep coming back.. the restaurant and everyone working there do a great job.. all I can say is we will keep coming back!!🤗

In North Bay, ON., we were seated quickly and served promptly! They accommodated us without hesitation with son in a wheelchair. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive... the portions were huge and delicious!

Horrible service

Paris, Ontario filthy hole

Paris, Ontario location. Manager woman dropped chicken on the floor, out of sight except mine. She picked it up and put it in a diners plate, and served it.
I will NEVER return. What a scag!

Disappointed and disgraced

Ordered two meals and recd my package just now. Was amazed at the size of leg and thigh and breast. In these meals. The size of leg and thigh was about 3 in and the beast was about 4 in. Were these chicken parts or poussin parts?? So very disappointed!!!!

Don't count on points being returned

In 2023 I tried to do an online order through Swiss Chalet. The company cancelled the order, but not before they removed 2,000 points from my Scene+ card. I asked them to put these points back; they told me Scene+ would return them, but it would take time. Almost a year has passed, and they have not returned the points. If you call Scene+ they claim the restaurant must return the points. When you do online, you do not get a receipt; at least I did not get one! I wrote to Swiss Chalet. They requested the receipt. But, I did not receive one since I cancelled the online order on the phone with their representative. Who also told me that Scene+ would return the points. Joke that was. I am not impressed; once I use all the points, I will discard this card for good. I will not return to Swiss Chalet or use the Scene+ card. Both cause constant problems and no one can tell the truth.

bought two chicken wraps to take home…

bought two chicken wraps to take home for supper , bought in Waterdown - i live 30 minutes away. Ordered one with side of onion rings , one with side of garden salad. Garden salad was packed in a container and it consisted of old brown lettuce with tow tomatoes wedge - that was it!!!! , i threw it out. advised i should have returned , yes i needed to drive another hour round trip to do this.

FRIENDLY SERVICE

LOVE TO GO TO THE SWISS CHALET IN BRANTFORD ON, WHICH WAS RECENTLY REMODELED. THE WAITRESS, TERRIE, ALWAYS TAKES TIME TO TALK TO ME,SHE IS AWESOME ! THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS !

The Best Swiss Chalet!

Drew and I have been going to the Swiss Chalet on Fairview St Burlington… we love this restaurant our waiter Ramiro R is the best.. he is so pleasant and very accommodating to our needs.. we love him that’s why we keep coming back.. the restaurant and everyone working there do a great job.. all I can say is we will keep coming back!!🤗

Reserved Thanksgiving dinner for 9 adults October 13, 2024. Staff were welcoming, our waitress patient and accommodating in spite of the majority of the orders were different. Food, as usual, very good. Yonge & St. Clair location.����������

Food was almost 2 hours late

Family Feast was a disaster. Ordered ahead at noon for 5pm and was not ready until 6:45. Toddlers had to be fed alternate meal and put to bed before we could eat. They took our order with a variety of pies and then ran out and gave us all pumpkin which we hate. Forgot two of our side dishes. I will never order there again! Important family holiday ruined.

I places a pickup order and when I got there I had to wait for an hour before I got my order. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes. The order was cold when I got it home and microwave fries are soggy and tasted terrible. I also wanted 1 gravey and they couldn't get that right and gave me the terrible dipping sauce. This place was so miss managed it was ridiculous. Never again at this place and worst meal ever.

At terrible delivery service !!!!!!

At 5:45 p.m. Yesterday evening I placed an order for delivery from Swiss chalet at the Linden park mall in Brantford, Ontario, they gave me an ETA arrival time of 6:27 p.m. next thing I know it was 628 then 629 then 6:32 and 6:35 and 6:39 then 6:47. I waited and waited before I called them to get an idea update on where my order was. I had to go through three different people before I got somebody who would tell me where it was and then they told me that. Oh don't worry it won't be cold. Well when I finally got it at 6:53, the fries were cold. The gravy mildly hot and the chicken sandwich which was supposed to be a hot chicken sandwich was fine but it wasn't a hot chicken sandwich because the gravy was mildly cold So do not trust Swiss chalet to get you your meal. When they say it will arrive I never will again if I want to Swiss chalet I guess I will just have to get up and go get it myself. But it is highly unlikely I will ever eat it again even though I like it very much

Great experience …

Hello and good day,my wife and I came into the restaurants last night, and for the first time we sat in Rebecca's section,besides the lovely conversation we had about the season's changing,Rebecca was cheerful and laughing,the service was quick and wonderful,looking forward to coming back and sitting in her section again
