Amazing as always. The quality of the product is very good. It's a shame the labels were stuck directly onto the wood of the shelves. I recommend avoiding this in the future. It's such a hassle to remove them.
Swoon delivered the TV stand quickly and carefully. The item was slightly damaged on arrival but the Swoon team dealt with it promptly and to my satisfaction. Recommended!
Ordered 2 bedside tables, they are absolutely beautiful. Had a hitch with missing screws/ washers but Swoon resolved beyond expectations. Delivery was exactly as promised. Would definitely buy from here again.

Very pleased with both the quality of the product that I ordered and received from swoon and the delivery of the item. For the price the quality and finish of the product is superb and i am already thinking of getting some other pieces to match. Delivery was prompt and efficient, I was called at 6:45am to be told my delivery would be with me at 7:15am which it was, no waiting around no fuss! Excellent!
Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Sahara Chest of Drawers/Grey Wash
Very pleased with my purchase and the mango wood and screen printing on drawer fronts look fabulous and individual. Paid at time of ordering and understood there would be a wait of a couple of months, but actually was delivered a little earlier. Very helpful delivery guys who offered to unpack if required. So pleased I have now ordered a second one.

Absolutely terrible service - never even received the product
So disappointed by this company, ordered a beautiful table which we were really excited to get, 2 months later and several unexplained failed deliveries, we receive an email saying they can no longer locate the table and can only give us a refund.
Really angry about this because we really wanted the table, and they clearly had it at some point and have given it to someone else, despite the fact we paid for it and it is only their fault it never got delivered.
They have decent looking and unique products for a good price, but they really need to sort their service out because it has put me off shopping with them for good.

Late delivery and poor communication
I ordered a rug in April with expected delivery in June. It is now July and it has still not been delivered. I received an initial email confirmation of my order when I placed it, but Swoon never contacted me after that to let me know it was delayed. I chased first in late May and spoke to very friendly call centre staff who couldn't give me a more accurate delivery date than June. I then chased again today only to be told it would 'probably' be in the warehouse this week and they would then contact me for delivery sometime after. No apology for late delivery or poor communication - and when I said we were going on holiday next week and could we have it delivered for the end of this week, I was told they would put the delivery on hold until I get back - so end of July. The call staff are very friendly, but their breezy attitude is decidedly annoying when combined with poor service and communication. I haven't seen the quality of the product yet as this is the first time I have used Swoon but if every experience of buying is so frustrating I don't think I would bother again. It is a shame their communication after purchase is so poor, given what a good job they do with their marketing.

I changed my mind a few times, oo'd and aah'd, emailed then decided on something different. They couldn't have been more helpful. Easy going with chopping and changing things about. Friendly too.
Delivery was easy too - no hassle.

The delivery was on time, and the men unpacked and then attached the legs for me. They took away all the packaging material. I would recommend Swoon and will use them again.

I recently made my first purchase from Swoon Editions and I'm absolutely delighted with it. The workmanship and customer service are first class. I had a slight hick-up when part of the order was missing on delivery, and to be honest for a moment I did wonder if I had made a mistake in ordering from Swoon. But I needn't have worried because they resolved everything in an instant and very much to my satisfaction. I rarely complete reviews, but in this case I felt they deserved it. Duck Egg Blue Chester Chair
A timeless classic elegance the chair is solid and sturdy. It is however much bigger than I thought deep seat and my feet do not touch the ground. I need a matching stool Swoon.
The taller members of the family enjoy it
The only downside to the whole experience was the delivery I paid for two men to carry in, unwrap and dispose of rubbish. None of that happened one man carried it in, dumped it down wrapped! Unchecked and thrust a clip board at me to sign! Waste of money. Do not pay for delivery service.

I had been looking for months for copper-topped side tables before finding the perfect match on Swoon Editions. I love everything about these tables, they have a stylish, contemporary look yet would fit into a more traditional scheme too. They are really beautiful and I am so happy with my purchase. As a bonus, they arrived within a week of ordering and came fully assembled - and postage was free!
