Pathetic and this is the last time I dealt with yall.
Utterly horrible and disgusted and I will give you my reasons.
The lady who I spoke to told me take our services and you can do spil
t payments like 150cad per month.
1.You know what the guy did when he came to my house yall charged me entire full amount on my credit card.
2.now my cameras are not working
3. Whenever I call yall each and every rep ask me security questions and will put me on hold for 5 mins and than transfer me to another representative.
4. When yall send your technician no offences to anybody on working slow like Joe Biden however he wasn’t aware of wat he was doing, even im going to get old some day but lack of competence was not appreciated I just procrastinated with him entire day.
5. I can’t view my clips or nothing bout my cloud details.
6.Im never in a million yrs recommending yall to anybody.
7. Now I changed my wifi connect and entire system is down and my cameras are not working when I call yall to fix it yall just keep on transferrin and wasting my time.

It started with The phone call to start a new alarm system. Courteous people, understanding our needs and setting up the appointment. Everything was smooth. And then the installation was excellent. The technician did a great job explaining how the system works and included all the documents that we needed. Thank You

Worst customer service - from the MANAGER NAMED MATT!!!
We are going to be out of town and our system is trouble shooting - he wants us to change our smoke detector batteries ! Not only we have
very high ceilings and are senior citizens but I have told him that for more than 25 years we never had to change any batteries and maybe something else is trouble shooting - he did not care although we are going away he only wants to book a technician to come in 5 weeks time !!!!!
Rude and arrogant and won’t even listen to me and insists that I should change it myself ( a senior citizen ) -
Won’t even let me talk to some one who is higher than him in management so they can come sooner
Don’t use this company - terrible

I was a bit disappointed to find out…

I was a bit disappointed to find out that we were not able to install alarm sensors on our windows due to age of the windows, therefore waiting a month for installation to find out we could only get 50% of the products that we expected.

Communication upfront of requirements would be helpful to avoid this situation and client dissatisfaction.

Rude and dishonest company

They installed the wrong equipment, and then tried to charge me to replace it. I was billed multiple times and overcharged for service. Price lock was promised but they increased the price. They ignore emails for months and refuse to completely fix what they’ve done. Then they harass you by phone to pay them more. They make 10 mistakes, fix 2 of them months later, and try to keep all the extra money they’ve taken! AVOID!

24/7 service centre

I recently installed monitoring system. I was looking for some features on software. So I accidentally changed the setting, so the monitoring system was activated. It was a little while after alarm sound that I have a call from monitoring system to check what is happening.

Good service but bad customer service

They do provide a great monitoring service BUT here is why they get a one star from me - they took my money, but can't provide a service and refuse to provide a refund.
1) We renewed another annual contract, but I noted to the sales person that we're going to move out of state
2) They processed our annual renewal
3) We moved to another state. I called them to move the service and was told that they don't provide the service there. I asked them to cancel our account and provide the refund for the unused service. They refuse.

One star can not go lower

One star can not go lower. Cold called me. They left an indecipherable message. I returned their call. I told them I had no idea who they were; rudely, CR said, “If we had called you [If?], we would have left a message.” “Did you listen to the message!” When I responded, I did but could not adequately hear or understand it. Nor do I have a monitoring System. CR rudely replied, “Then ignore it.” Suppose this CR represents this company; good luck to their customers!
