What a great experience. TimberPlates went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect and high quality. Shipping was fast and professional. You won’t find a better solution for custom plates. How do more builders not know about these guys?!?

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I reached out via the company website to get timber plate connectors ordered by our new home build. Rhett Guthrie contacted me very quickly and worked closely with me to develop design proofs for our situation. The new connectors arrived in perfect condition and I am extremely pleased with how everything turned out. I strongly recommend Timberplates.com if you are in the market for timber plate connectors. They are much more robust than what you can find through the big box stores or other competitors. Timberplates.com was also competitively priced for the quality and structural integrity of their products compared with others who offer lighter weight connectors.

Working with design team was awesome!

Working with design team was awesome. Super helpful and responsive as well as patient with changes to design. Product arrived quickly and is frankly an amazing product. I don't think Simpson should be in this market with the price these guys offer and the quality of the product...simply awesome.
