100% SCAM. I fell for one of those Instagram ads about Psycho Bunny apparel being like 90% off and ordered a bunch of stuff. I immediately noticed my error and contacted my credit card disputing the charge and was given refund. When I checked the tracking info weeks later, it shows it as being delivered!!! Ha! It was never even shipped and was cancelled weeks prior. It’s completely fake.

To the point, I was scammed and this tracking number is saying it was delivered twice and I've got nothing, but ripped off!!!
Track718 scam ordered from an "official"
LLBean site. On January 9th. They say it has shipped there is no information on the tracking numbers. The company will not respond to emails and of course there is no telephone number. I'll be going to the bank to dispute charges. I'm sorry for all of us hardworking people who were robbed.

I recently ordered from a company called Love In Faith. I ordered 8 shirts and have not received anything. They are using Track 718. I have an ongoing email with the guy but I'm going to the bank tomorrow. I spent 39.00 and have received nothing. Every day I hear from them. They keep telling me they are legitimate company but they.have no phone number and the emails come through as customer service. I think.i got scammed. I am on a fixed income so 39.00 is a lot for me. I.ordered Christmas gifts after Christmas. Also now the tracking number doesn't work.

I had 2 packages that were supposed to come from them. I haven’t gotten either. I contacted the companies. The first one said they would resend the items and the second one said the shipper lost my package. Funny because it said it was delivered on the 11th. I’m not holding my breath for either package. I told my husband we will just dispute the charges with the bank.

I ordered off a US site I’m from the UK and it updated tracking I was like great will be here within a week, says it’s been delivered but nothing received, I’ve tried to get my money back with my bank account but does not work!

DEFINITELY A SCAM!!!! I ORERDED MY SON 7 3 PACKS OF ETHICA UNDERWEAR WAS CHARHED $45 SAW THE TRACKING CHANHING ON THEIR FAKE TRACKING SITE. SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED TONIGHT NOTHING IS OUT THERE, AND I HAVE BEEN HOME ALL DAY. SO SAD!!!!

Placed an order November 26th and said it was delivered December 26th. Package was never delivered and the store that was on the "visit our site" tab was not the Old Navy site I ordered from, it was Paloma?? This is truly a scam and I hope they had a Merry Christmas;)

Evidently this site caters to scammers no one gets anything they ordered the stories are all the same it's safe to assume anytime you are issued a tracking number from track 718 , you have been scammed ,as soon as you order anything check the tracking company if it's track 718 red flag get a refund asap how this can continue for more than a week shows these websites are in kahoots with the scammers and there's a lot of them ! They all follow a similar pattern limited time offer ,prices too good to be true ,known brands yet the site is some other name , beware!! Run!!! Cancel your checks ,call your credit card company or bank you have limited time ,they want to drag it out as long as they can for this reason , I wish they had less than 1star for a rating

Ordered Rhino USA straps on a black Friday sale. They took my money, sent a tracking number and 24 days later said they were delivered to my mailbox. They will not give me a USPS tracking once the products cleared customs. USPS cannot track the number given. Shame on me, never buy from a FB ad. If you get a link to this tracking site, you just got scammed.

Track718.us is a scam! If you order something and this is the tracking you may as well have just thrown ur money in the trash. I ordered expedited end of October and it wouldn’t show me any tracking for weeks. I emailed and they said it was in customs then I checked again and wooowwww it was finally tracking. Then after few more weeks of bs and emailing it said it was delivered but was NOT. They offered a 60% refund since they would also be taking a loss🙄 said I must’ve gave the wrong address. To which I went back to check again and imagine that the tracking doesn’t work again😂 crazy work. the amount energy and effort they put into this shit they could just get a job and be decent human beings
