Tradeamac is the definition of excellent customer service. If you have any apple products that you want to sell without the hassle of selling yourself, I highly recommend them. The online estimating tool is very precise and the friendly staff just make the experience so comfortable. I would not hesitate to bring anything apple to them. Their location is not to far from the highway as well as their shop is very well kept. Every visit was like seeing an old friend. Overall great experiences!
I bought two iPhones from them. Quick communication and fair pricing. A day later, I realized that the one of the iPhones had some issue with the display and the top receiver was not working. Basically, I could not hear a caller on this phone. They sold me a phone without a phone functionality. How unprofessional. I communicated with them on this incompetency. They were not apologetic at all for their mistake of not checking their product beforehand. For whatever reason, they seem to have no clue about how to do a customer service properly.
Was a bit skeptical at first, but fully clear and smooth communication process throughout. They even upgraded my Mac's condition from "Poor" (as I set) to "Fair" after the inspection, altering the quote in my favour. Would recommend to anyone who needs to scrap their Mac.

A great deal for my iMac and tons of Apple devices to purchase

We treat every customer with respect and try to accommodate them as best possible and our reviews are a reflection of that.
We offered 3 solutions to this problem that is in our store policy
1: get the device fixed for no charge within a timely matter
2: get a refund for the device
3: to exchange the device for anything we have in stock and pay for the difference.
unfortunately we couldn't meet your EXPECTATIONS to replace a device that is worth $350 (iPhone xs ) with a device that cost $150 (iPhone 11) more than what you payed for.
trying to weaponize reviews to get more from small business is highly immoral and we refuse to be victimized by such tactics. hopefully readers can judge the authenticity of such reviews by simply reading all the reviews from us and mr. Umeki and hopefully he keeps such unethical tactics out of the classrooms he teaches.

I been wanting to upgrade my laptop from my MacBook Air for a while now. I thought about selling my MacBook through a website like Craigslist. However I have had bad experiences in the past with it for other items. A friend had told me about Trade a Mac and that her experience was great. So I went to their website and used their online estimation tool, then I went in and got paid the same day! I also found a laptop there I wanted for a great deal! I would highly recommend.
