Company did not inform me when issuing a refund on this card that I would be charged $3.95 each month for inactivity if I don't use it quickly. The card itself shows that the expiration date isn't until August 2027, so when I went to double check the balance in 2024, it shows that it already deducted the entire card balance of about $15 from monthly inactivity fees. Give me a break. What a scam!

I was only rewarded 300.00 out of a possible 490.00. I was waking up at 5:55 am just to do this study and I also sent back all the devices and still didn't get the max payout!! No one will give me an explanation which makes them look real bad! I won't ever do any of these studies again!!!

The inactivity fee structure is included in our Tremendous Cardholder Agreement, which recipients must acknowledge prior to redemption by checking a box. This agreement is also linked at the bottom of the card page at all times. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to read this agreement thoroughly.
