Ordered items 3 weeks ago and not…

Ordered items 3 weeks ago and not arrived. Tried to email them and no response. Sounds like they have gone under and they are burying their head. No chance of getting a refund by the looks of it. DO NOT ORDER!

Sent wrong items

Sent wrong items, the store never respond to email, 10 days of chasing, no number to call, also they call using hidden number making it impossible you to call them back. Avoid.

Pre-ordered shuttles not delivered

I pre-ordered £700 worth of shuttles and was promised they would be delivered but still yet to arrive.

They have removed all the contact details from Google and tried calling a number I found and they do not pick up.

I'm extremely disappointed and now not sure if I'm going to get the items or money back.

Absolute brilliant

Ordered some tennis strings and they were over 20% cheaper than anywhere else +free delivery. Was little bit worried about delivery as so many bad reviews was left, but have to say in my case it arrived in less than 30 hours what is unbelievable. Didn’t even hade time to start worry about. Outstanding service. Couldn’t resist to leave review as Im so satisfied customer. Thank you very much

Beware!!! Very Bad Company!!!

If less than one star available, I would have gone so far as to provide less than one star. The product announcement for TRME Sports does not provide comprehensive specifications. The parcel services will be charged to you if you live outside of Europe. When you purchase a goods from them, be cautious because you can also be charged custom taxes, which can be costly. Usually, there are no problems when we purchase in Europe, but there are problems here. They should have mentioned certain hidden details in the product introduction rather than omitting this. Be aware that customs tax will cost an additional 30-45 euros if you purchase from this sports company. Highly not recommended. Purchase from a reliable supplier.
I spent an additional 31 euros in customs tax when I purchased a badminton racket. We most certainly wouldn't buy from them and would try to find another seller if they had included this point in each product release. This was suggested by Badminton Insight, however based on my personal experience, I would advise against trusting them; you will eventually regret it.

No issues for me

Was a bit nervous ordering due to the mixed reviews. However, no issues for me and my packet of grips arrived in good time and at a better price than anywhere else.

Got an email notification when order placed and a royal mail tracking ID once shipped. So no communication issues as far as I am concerned.

Would use again.

I had no problems

I had no problems. I ordered two boxes of grips and received promptly. The customs charges have nothing to do with TRME Sports, that applies to any product imported from the UK to the EU since Brexit.

Scam website!

Scam website!! Ordered items which did not arrive. Then they told me I need to pay more as "price increased". Refused & now can't get my money back. Avoid these frauds!

Total scam website

Total scam website. Ordered shoes & they were asking me to pay extra customs charges (after the order was confirmed). So I declined, sent shoes back & asked for a refund. They refuse to give me a refund, over 6 weeks of back and forth now. Submitted a consumer complaint in the end.

Wish I could give 0 stars

Wish I could give 0 stars. Sold me faulty item. Tried to partially refund me online. Took one month of back and forth to get my money back. With them trying to get away with not sticking to the law. Accusing me of breaking the item. 0 honour at this company.
