This is a great product to help quit smoking and vaping. I just received my Fum and I'm very happy with it. I ordered it on Jan. 5th and received it 10 days later. I will order this for my boyfriend to help him quit vaping. The cinnamon hearts is a great flavor.

Medical research from various institutions have raised concerns about inhaling aromatherapy oils - can cause issues i.e throat irritation- burns

Horrable product and customer service. 1st it took more than 2 weeks to receive my order and after finally getting it I was sorry that I did. When you contact the company you receive a computer generated response notifying you that they got your complaint and will be reaching out to you. That never happened. Using this product is what I would imagine an old burning rubber shoe to taste like. Horrable product.

Horrable product and customer service

SAVE YOUR MONEY

This is the response I received from FUM. As stated, how would you know if you liked a product if you did not get the chance to try it? I'd just like to tell you that I want all future peeps who want to try this. Say your money! Their customer service is awful. I am still waiting to hear back about receiving credit on packages that are unopened. This was such a rip-off. I filed a claim with BBB and hope they have this company shut down, or a lawyer steps up for a class action suit in which I would be first in line!

Like smoking old lady perfume

The flavors are atrocious and both myself and my girlfriend felt nauseated after only a few puffs. The flavors tasted like smoking your grandmother's perfume, would not reccomend, do not buy!!!!!!

No actual flavor.

There is no actual flavor. The first one I tried is peach blush, and I can taste nothing but chemicals.

customer service subpar at best

I love the product and it did genuinely help me quit vaping/smoking, but this company has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have emailed them several times over the last several months asking them to change the email address for my account. I have either not received messages back, or have received unhelpful messages that made it clear they did not read what I was asking. I just finally got someone to actually try to assist me but they are still unable to help me.

I was so excited to try this and…

I was so excited to try this and desperately hoped it would help me break a 50 year habit, however, I was extremely disappointed. Mainly my issue was the weight of the device. Part of the smoking habit is the holding of the cigarette and Fum is simply too heavy to hold between 2 fingers. I had to grasp it completely which took away from the hand mouth experience. If they could figure out how to make it about a 1/3 of its original weight it would be great. I like that you can have no nicotine, no vapor and adjust the draw but the weight just took away from it for me.

Füm has been a huge disappointment

Füm has been a huge disappointment. Not only because it didn't help me replace my vaping habit, but also because it's basically a high-end STRAW. I feel scammed out of several hundred dollars, having been duped to pay it by high end marketing. You don't get any satisfaction from breathing through it, like you would from a vape or a hookah or a cigarette, because you're breathing in air. You can just as easily just use a plastic straw to breath through it and save 300 dollars.
Füm does not live up to the promises its creators are making. I strongly suggest saving your money.

I did reach out to your support and it is simply incapable of helping with anything. It's a bunch of slow-responding 3rd world outsourcers who simply do not have the decision power to make anything happen. I would like my money back because this is a rip off!

Works sort of, but mostly a scam.

Works, but shady business practices. I unselected the subscription service 3 times during the order process as it kept opting me in. The reason for this is that they claim the cores go bad after a few days, this is false as most reviews on YouTube will tell you. From my own experience one core lasts about 3 weeks. I then upon seeing I had been charged for an order requested the order be canceled as it HAD NOT SHIPPED YET, and was told they could not cancel the order because it was already packaged, packaged BUT NOT SHIPPED. I would have given 3 stars because its okay, but honestly I would rather smoke than use anything from this company. Instant 1 star from me. I also had to create an account to cancel my subscription, because I checked out as a guest when purchasing. In conclusion if you are going to buy, make sure to create an account and cancel any subscriptions you have if you do not want to be scammed.

Stay away

DO NOT PURCHASE. This product is a glorified straw. I went into this trying to quit vaping but all fum does is hurt your throat and make you feel sick. Customer service is a nightmare as they wouldn't refund me at all. This product is a scam and terrible. Any positive reviews are most definitely fake. DO NOT PURCHASE.

I went into this totally open minded…

I went into this totally open minded and excited about this product. I bought the pack as well as the rubber mouth piece parts. The first flavour that came with the pack at first was extremely strong and had a medicine flavour to it. As time went by it mellowed. Then I tried the cinnamon one and honestly I got no flavour from it. The other issue I have is the drag off it, I have been a smoker for a loooooonnnngggg time and there is zero drag so it isn’t actually helpful, maybe if they made the mouth piece hole smaller it would help. I’ll keep using what I have and hopefully I get use to it if not I wouldn’t purchase anymore from them honestly

The product is expensive

The product is expensive , and the heavy Metal mouthpiece knocking teeth against my teeth, even when I try to be careful is not only uncomfortable, but really Damaging. I give this product all of the thumbs down! And a massive price gouge

I think the company is a total fraud

I think the company is a total fraud. I ordered the Fum “Journey Pack” that cost a fortune ( a total of 218 Euro).
However, after some research after placing the order and paying Fum, I decided to cancel my order because throughout different review platforms I found people pointing out the main issue that is basically very low to no flavour.
I decided to cancel my order less than 12 hours after purchase. Guess what. It is not possible. Even though the policy in their website guarantees a 30 day return policy.
I think the company are total scammers.
I spent hours with customer support only to hear their apologies and explanations that the order cannot be cancelled because it is being processed( not yet shipped) but processed whatever that means. Can you imagine that

Bought the journey for my wife and…

Bought the journey for my wife and there is nothing about the fume she likes, she has not vaped for almost 5 months, the fume has no flavor, it's heavy and the fit up is sloppy loose, of course we cannot return it as it's opened. This was very disappointing for us as seniors on fixed income

I agree with Paul Condone

I agree with Paul Condone. The package came on time. Everything I ordered was there. The product looks cool and fancy. However, as a substitute for vaping and/or smoking, it is useless. At least they do tell you that you will just be sucking in flavored air. It is true that you are sucking in air, but that is all you are doing. You can barely taste the flavor at all. I have multiple flavors, and they are all the same. Everyone who smokes and/or vapes likes the "hit". You get no "hit" at all with this thing, so there is NO sensation of vaping. Like Paul says, you may just as well be sucking on a straw. It is useless.
