The phone which was delivered was faulty- the speakers didn't work and there was obvious water damage. We had attached a new screen protector to the phone before we realised the phone was no good. Following numerous phone calls and emails to Viberstore the phone was replaced but still no replacement of the screen protector which they had assured us they would also replace. I would be very slow to order from this company again.
I ordered a refurbished iPad from them at a great price and it arrived very quickly. The iPad was in excellent condition. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.
I’ve bought several phones from Viberstore over the years. Always a great service. I bought an iPhone before Christmas and it wasn’t working properly, I contacted Viberstore and got a replacement straightaway with added storage for any inconvenience caused. Great service.

Had purchased a phone for my mam online and it was having problems turning on when we received it, we went into the office in Dublin instead of going through post and we had a great experience with Amy who helped us out massively she replaced the phone immediately and even gave my mam a different colour iPhone which my mam was delighted about, thanks Amy 🙂 my mam is so happy
