I am very pleased with the quality of the wardrobes I ordered for my bedroom 3 years ago. They are still in great condition, I will definitely buy from this store again.

I bought a corner sofa a few months ago and I am very pleased. The sofa is elegant and well made and at the same time very functional. It is great when guests come to visit, where it can be folded out and create a double bed. I must also praise the customer service, very nice and helpful people. Five stars

I ordered two wardrobes from this company on Nov 27th 2023. They quoted an 8 week delivery time. I got an email on Jan 10th 2024 saying the order had shipped. It is now Mar 5th 2024 and I still have not received the goods. I have had some response from customer services but they just keep saying it will be about another 2 weeks. I have asked for a full refund and have had no response. I am £1120 out of pocket.

Really pleased with my new wardrobe.
I chose one with express delivery and it came within the 7-9 day period.
Communication was great, I was notified 2 days before delivery. I was not available during the given time so arrangements where made for it to come as soon as I was that day and it came bang on time.
I paid for assembly and the fitters were great.
The wardrobe is good quality and has been put together well. It was well worth the extra assembly cost.
I would recommend this company.

Giving 4 stars due to the slight delay in postage- waited roughly 5 weeks for my new wardrobe to come. In that time, I was very worried that the whole thing was a scam as the company doesn't have the best website or marketing, however, it does have really nice wardrobes! I picked this wardrobe because of the inside layout of shelves and rails. It was perfect for me. The wardrobe quality itself is no better than Ikea or habitat but the inside layout and mirror in the middle is a great addition. I found it hard to picture the wardrobe on the website as the images are very CGI and there aren't really any real life photos. Unfortunately, I can't add any photos but I will say it is pretty much the same as the pictures so you can trust in them.
Communication from the email was almost instant and I did get a text offering me the chance to cancel and a refund when the postage was delayed. I was happy to wait and glad I did.

I became very worried that this was not a genuine company as there were some delays and issues on the communication side, however after 11 days I received the room divider screen ordered and am very pleased with it. I realise that we are currently in the middle of a pandemic and that my order had to come from far away. Overall I am very pleased and would like to thank Gosia and her company for a very good product.

Was quite nervous about using this company when I hadn’t heard of them before, but my boys really liked the look of the bunk beds on there website, so I went ahead and ordered, got an email straight away to say I will get a message once they have made my beds,
I also paid extra for assembly service..
Took about 3/4 weeks, got the text to say will be delivered and assembled between 7am and 10am on a Saturday morning, the men done an excellent job! Excellent service, will order again from this company

Really good furniture store. I cannot complain, except the fact that assemblers didn't want to get any coffee from me...
Office support respond quickly, inform about purchase progress.

Just received my PARADISE III High sleeper with two beds inside (ok 3 days ago). I've tried to find somewhere else cheaper similar item. On amazon, especially ebay some sallers have got the same, but they hide extra costs (delivery fee, there are none of mattresses including in price and they don't provide assembly service).

After placed purchase, immediately (maybe 2 min after order) Anna had phoned to me to confirm every single detail of the ordered item, that I want to have got it assembled on same day as delivery. She informed me about awaiting time for the product and that they always inform clients about exactly delivery specific details (date and time frame) with 2 days in advance. They couldn't reach me on the day, so they sent me e-mail about those details + sms. On next day they had done the same and I finally confirmed delivery.

On the delivery day 2 assemblers came and they put everything together. It was quite fast, because for such such large unit with a lot of parts, boxes, screws they handled it in only 2 hours. Wanted to give them some tip, but they refused.

The only strange thing was just asking me if I don't have on mind to take the picture of already assembled unit. I refused, because my room wasn't prepared for photoshooting :D I sent picture next day and it turns our that my picture is on their FB page with a lot of other clients furniture.

About quality of product - It's just amazing and my loved one loves it! It contains metal/chromed safety barriers, handrails and it's really solid.

I truly recommend this store. They are fast enough, they fulfill purchases on the highest level - contacting with office isn't any problem and mails/sms are responded.

I ordered a Sambor bunk bed from WBBS along with the assembly service. From the point of order right up until delivery/assembly (On a Sunday as well at no extra delivery charge), I was kept fully up to date on the status of my order and when to expect delivery with phone calls and text messages. I was a little concerned that with the variety of options you can pick, that something would not be right upon delivery, but I am pleased to say that you get a follow up phone call to confirm the order and the selected options (i.e. colours, ladder position and assembly etc) ensured everything was as expected and the product itself is fantastic. Would definitely recommend this company, friendly staff, great service and fantastic product.
