Really disgusted in this company.
The phone number on their website doesn't work and their customer service email seems to be operated by AI as the responses are mediocre and incompetent.
My spa has stopped working and there is no one that seems to be able to help.
I will tell everyone I know to avoid Wave Spa - they don't look after their customers at all.

This company is a rip off scam artist, these products are low quality and do not match the marketing. The worst online shopping company on earth. They will argue and fight semantically to make themselves a few bucks. DO NOT BUY! Coleman Salu-spa is the real deal. buy any other brand! The customer service when you follow the written instructions do not match the verbal instructions. The company refused to return an un-used spa in the original package. Gas out of their face indicates some weird reason.
Firstly, I have waited maybe a year for this item to be back in stock and despite requesting the option to be informed of when that did happen, I never was told…I often check online myself and found out that way.
Anyway, it arrived pretty quickly but the first time I inflated it, I have returned from working away for a few days to find it flat as a pancake already. When I fill the tub (maybe this weekend) I’ll give it another go
We had a great experience with using our warranty to cover the inflatable insert for our wave spa cover. We simply sent a picture of the small hole in one of the seams and a replacement arrived a few days later. Thank you so much!

Quality Hot Tub
My first experience with WaveSpa was tainted a bit. However, I do feel better overall now. My local DPD depot somehow forgot to deliver the second half of my order until 4 days after it's expected delivery date (standard with that depot apparently). Despite this, 90% of my order was delivered quite quickly, next day in fact.
I ordered the Garda, and I realised I had the wrong foam panel for the heater/pump to slide into, and the wrong colour of the outer liner. This was quickly resolved (thanks to Sofia) after informing them and it wasn't a big issue in terms of performance and the overall running of the hot tub, but still something to consider.
Now, onto the hot tub itself. My previous tub was an inflatable LayZSpa that quite simply fell apart and no longer sustained pressure to keep it inflated. This is why I moved to something quality like the Garda rigid foam version - much different to a circular hot tub. The size inside I would say is slightly limited due to the thick walls. Despite it being advertised as a 6 person hot tub, 4 people can comfortably get in albeit cross legged somewhat. 6 people would definitely be too cramped.
Now performance. The heater/pump is very sensitive. I have confirmed with WaveSpa from my suspicions, that it does indeed have a water level pressure sensor. This means you really do need to have the water at the max line before the heater will actually kick in, regardless of if the water is fully over the filter. The filter can clog up quickly. I require a new one after 4 days and 2 usage sessions of the tub, but that could quite simply be due to any number of reasons. It's important to shower before getting in. In hindsight, this does indicate that the filter does actually do its job.
In terms of heating, it heats up quite quickly. Much quicker than my LayZSpa did. The thick foam walls are to thank for that. The lid itself has reflective material inside to help keep the heat in, and it very snuggly fits over each corner of the tub.
From an experiment, I turned off the heater at 38 degrees Celsius at 5pm. The next day at 11am, with an overnight temperature of 4-6 degrees Celsius, the temperature only dropped 4 degrees to 34 degrees. After switching on the heater, it was back up to temperature within 4 hours (38 degrees). I guess the sunny weather helped somewhat also.
Overall, in terms of efficiency and heating, I'd say it's actually better than an inflatable. I can see the power usage is lower, and the fact it keeps the temperature quite well. The pump itself provides adequate filtration and bubbles. I'm quite happy with it, and customer support do respond within 24 hours. Never expect a fast reply since they work through a backlog each day just like any other company. So be patient.
Despite my delivery issues, I'd say it's worth it. However it has only been 4 days so far, so we'll see what it's like over the year.

Please Read - Do Not Buy a Wave Spa
Zero stars should be available. We paid £1500 for our Wave Spa Garda believing we were buying a quality product. It arrived and we set it up back in December - it was difficult to put together and the first thing we had issues with were some of the poles and corners would not click together. This left the spa unstable and not fully fixed together. We requested replacement parts from Wave and they asked for photos which they received but never came back to us. We decided to fill the tub and see how it went. Once filled the filter area leaked with a drip constantly. We had endless filter errors. We haven't actually been in the spa due to the issues from day one. Then we went out to it and found the lid had taken in so much water that we could barely lift it off the tub. It had sunk into the tub and was so heavy where the seams had allowed lots of water in. So the whole thing is completely unusable. £1500 for something we have not been able to use from day one. We have packed the whole thing up and requested that Wave collect it from us and return our money. To which they've given us the standard 30 day nonsense. The item is unfit for purpose under the sale of goods act. We have reached out to Barclays who provided the finance on the tub and they are in full agreement with us and have raised a section 75 on our behalf to return our money. Please do not be wowed by the great looking photos like we were. We have had 3 Layzspas and each time changed them purely to upgrade (no issues!) - this time we decided to spend the extra money and buy a Wave garda - what a huge painful mistake. Such a shame this company are selling unfit for purpose inferior products and are being allowed to continually do so. I can see from the reviews that many many people have had exactly the same issues and experience as us. Shame on you Wave Spas..... this is NOT how you should do business!

Great product and excellent customer service
Bought a rigid git tub Dec 2019.
Whole purchasing process was easy and kept up to date with delivery etc.
Since then have bought accessories such as inflatable heat lid.
Have asked general questions to help ensure efficiency and on going care and have always received prompt and clear guidance and support.
In terms of hot tub itself. Would 100% recommend investing slightly more for a rigid style as opposed to inflatable. I cannot fault mine and I use, predominantly in winter, 2 or 3 times a week.

Rewarded for customer loyalty
Earlier this month I contacted Wave HQ to enquire about the availability of a replacement lid for our Tahoe EcoFoam tub. The tub stands quite exposed in our garden and the outer surface of the lid gathers rainwater which despite us clearing frequently each rainy day, had started to seep through the seams to the inside of the tub. We also noticed the inner lining of the lid was beginning to deteriorate. Sofia was quickly onto our case after studying several photos of the lid and a replacement lid is already on its way to us free of charge as it is still under warranty. Prior to our superb Tahoe we had an inflatable Wave Atlantic tub for 3 years which was also great fun. We love Wave products and the service we have always had from their helpful and responsive team.

WAVE IS HORRIBLE
I ordered a replacement heater and it would t prime. I was able to get it primed after an hour of shooting water through it with a hose. I kept getting an error code for lack of water flow. After WEEKS of horrible interactions with customer service, they sent a new heater. Same issue. The pump is so weak it will not provide enough water flow for the heater to work. It provides a trickle of water flow. The customer service is not available by phone. It is days of emails with them asking the same questions and same troubleshooting. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM WAVE! I have had several Coleman and best way spas in the past. The heaters last 2-3 years which is totally acceptable for a $400 spa.

Heater/pump problem
Had a problem with a heater, it had been constantly in use for over 2 years. One email to Wave and a solution was sorted and once the old heater/pump left me it was returned within a week. More than happy

Happy with Wave
New products can sometimes have unforeseen problems, at which time to rely upon the integrity and the customer service value of the seller. The new tub we purchased from Wave developed a problem that Sofia, our agent rep at Wave, took care of quickly with very professional and courteous assistance. This is our second tub from Wave and we love their products.

Fantastic customer service. We have upgraded recently to a 6 man Atlantic from a 4 man and even with a change of address the delivery was prompt. Email responses have been quick and supportive. As we have had such a great service our family members are also now customers of Wave.

Fantastic service, fantastic product
Fantastic service, arrived next day as expected, the extra filters were missing from the order but a quick email to them and were promptly sent, again, next day delivery. The hot tub is great, I purchased the 6 person Garda. I do have an external gas heater which I will be using the heat it but what impressed me the most.. I heated it up to 40 degrees and had a relax for half an hour or so then closed it up with just the filter running (no heating on) and 24hrs later the water in the tub was only down to 37 degrees, for context the day I set it up night time outside temperature was 1 degree with a max of 5 degrees during the day, I did use 50mm insulation boards as a floor for the tub I can see there’s no doubt on their claims of massive electrical savings are very true. Assembly was a bit of a pain but still set up in under an hour. So overall I’m one extremely happy customer

A company that cares about its customers
Bought a hot tub a couple of years ago and have no complaints whatsoever. Good quality product that did exactly what it was supposed to. Had a slight problem with a heater unit but after contacting wave and speaking to Sofia this was dealt with promptly and professionally. Then through a bit of a careless act of my own I damaged the hot tub after the warranty had ran out. Contacted wave to see if they could help me sort this out and once again they went above and beyond to help me find a solution. This company cares about customer satisfaction and its been a pleasure dealing with them. So thank you Sofia and Laurie, I would recommend wave spas to anybody looking for any kind of hot tub requirements.

Incomplete, incorrect and damaged items sent. Very poor customer service
I would like to say that I do now finally have a working spa, but ...
Ordered on 17.12.24 and it arrived on 20.12.24 but one of the pieces in the box was wrong.
Contacted customer service and sent an e mail with pictures showing what the problem was. They said they would despatch a replacement part. This part did not arrive so mid January they resent the replacement part. When it finally did arrive it was incorrect.
The day after the first replaement shipment arrived and it too was wrong.
I contacted them again to tell them to pick it all up and take it back for a refund. Tom then offered to sent the correct parts out and give us a 10% refund.
I tild him I would chat to my husband and come back to him. I replied to his e mail later the same day to say my husband was willing to allow them 1 final attempt to get it right and we would accept the 10% refund.
Several days later I had not had a response so I e mailed again and was told that my e mails had been marked as resolved but nothing had been done about sending out the part or processing the refund.
The part was ordered and sent out and we were all happy that we could build the hot tub but.....
We then found 2 of the poles were dameged and would not clip together so that was yet another e mail to CS and more waiting for the parts to be sent out.
6 weeks later we finally had a working hot tub and it is great but no way would I buy from them again as it just hasn't been worth all the hassle.
