An Unacceptable Nightmare,
My experience with WHC is somewhat mixed.
First the Good: My experience with Nadine today was very positive. She listened to me and assured me that my current credit card was the only one on file and that I was now set up for automatic renewal. Great!
Now the Nightmare: Not long after I signed up with WHC ( 2 years ago, ) my credit card was compromised. I immediately let WHC know and asked them to remove my old card and gave them my new card number. I also signed up for automatic renewal. When it was time to renew, WHC tried to use my cancelled credit card several times instead of the new number I had given them. Clearly it would not work and WHC cancelled my account. When I discovered that my account was cancelled I immediately contacted WHC. It was a nightmare! WHC denied any culpability even though they acknowledged that they did have a record of my notice about the changes to my file
WHC continued to blame me for their negligence and charged me a hefty fine plus my renewal fees. Regardless of the huge inconvenience, I paid the high fines and WHC assured me that the issue was resolved. They did not apologize or attempt to lower my fine. My renewal is coming up in a month; today, I called WHC in person to make sure I didn't experience the same problem. AGAIN!!! I was shocked when Nadine informed me that no changes had been made. WHC still had my defunked credit card on file as my primary card and no automatic renewal was registered.
Thank God I called. Now Nadine assures me that the old card has been removed and my current card is the only one on file. She also assured me that she fixed my renewal to automatic. I want to believe that WHC does business in good faith and with the utmost of fair business practices. I can't help but wonder if this kind of negligence is an orchestrated cash grab with the client having no recourse. Had I not called now, a month before my renewal, I would have found myself in exactly the same predicament I was in at the last renewal. Honestly I'm afraid to take Nadine's word that my problem has in fact been properly remedied. I expect better service and a whole lot more respect from this Canadian company. I will stay with WHC for now hoping that this is sadly a repeated human error and not blatent negligence.

Not professional selection process
Very unclear hiring process by Marian from whc.ca and their HR. I was told initially that I am selected for the PHP Developer position and HR should send me an offer. Was waiting a week to get an offer and had a few email with Marian from whc.ca that he was telling me that HR should send me an offer soon. On many correspondence with Marian from whc.ca his latest reply was very strange that there was salary confusing between USD and CAD as I was asking for salary in USD but the same amount is in CAD. Very strange selection process and unprofessional as far as I get not counting other SCAM companies.
