I have been ordering products from Wise Choice Market for years and their products are of the highest quality. I greatly appreciate what I learn from information on their website about the benefits of what I am purchasing. As a person who cannot consume grains, I am grateful to have found a source for grass-fed beef bone broth, which is packaged and shipped perfectly. The kombucha options are fabulous, as well. I could go on and on about Wise Choice Market and their excellence.
Excellent communication and updates on my order. I'm in TX so I expect to pay more for shipping from Canada but I find the prices a little high and the product sizes too small. I haven't tried the nut butter or bread yet. Honestly, I'll have to really love them to justify future purchases from this company. However, I am thankful a company cares enough to sell/ship these products.
Every item was still frozen solid upon arrival here in Texas summer heat! Dry ice was plentiful and still doing its job. I put one pouch of the bone broth in refrigerator to thaw and have since tried my first mug of it. Very good!
All communication with this company has been very courteous, informative and quick!

Shipping during hot weather
My 32 loaves of manna bread were shipped during a hot week in two separate boxes. Previously, they were sent in one shipment and the heat challenged melted the dry ice such that 6 loaves thawed during shipment.

Great product, disappointing vendor
I expect the product itself to be great. I've used several different cultures for pickling, And Caldwell's Starter Culture is among the best. Caldwell gets 5 stars.
However, Wise Choice Market was a disappointment. The product was overpriced about 15-20% relative to vendors I used before. And they charge nearly $9 for shipping! By USPS!! I had another order for a large and heavy part from another vendor shipped to me same day by FedEx - cheaper and faster. This culture is a thin light package that my previous vendor simply sent to me by a First Class letter - worked like a charm. Hence, Wise Choice Market gets 1 star. The average is 3 stars.
The problem is that Wise Choice Market is currently the only source. Previous vendors I have used do not carry that starter culture anymore.

Mixed nut butter-Ambrosia!
I love the mixed nut butter. I call it ambrosia-it is heavenly!!!!! I also buy the fermented vegetable sampler on a regular basis. My husband takes some everyday for lunch. He loves them!!

Wonderful Market, efficient, reasonable, and very reliable. I was referred by the Manna Bread bakery's website. i could not order their bread because they ship it frozen but unrefrigerated. Even if I paid for one-day FedEx, the bread would be thawed, and perhaps spoiled, by the time it reached me. Their site said Wise Choice provided refrigerated shipping. They do, and at a lower price than ordering one-day FedEx from Manna Bread. My bread arrived in a few days, frozen by dry ice, with detailed instructions about how to remove the bread, and the dried ice, safely. My only concern was the freshness of the bread, as many markets sell frozen bread that, when thawed, is stale. Not so Wise Choice! Fresh and delicious! I also appreciate Simon's informative videos and emails!
